With a simple oil change, they take pictures of key car parts and fluids and load them onto a free service for their customers where you can track your service and your car's systems' condition on your own. Love it. I also accidentally left my cell phone behind and they held on to it a secure place until I could get back for it. I have used a different mechanic for about 5-6 years, and they've lost my business to MPG. I came here the first time because of an oil change voucher I bought on Groupon. They were so great. Now I'm in the process of buying a used car and I called my regular mechanic to give him the heads up that I'd like to bring a car in for an inspection tomorrow morning, but I'd only have the car for a really short time because I haven't bought it yet. "Can you get me in around 10:15 tomorrow morning for a quick inspection?" "No. Sorry, John, but we'll fit you in when we can but it's first come first serve."
