They called me and said even though I had an appointment I could come in sooner because they had the tires ready to go. For snow tires, there was no need to set an appointment - you can walk in and request service that day and they'll give you a time estimate. So I went here after having an issue with another one of their locations and told them my issue and Haily (I hope that's how you spell it) helped me out and even went above and beyond what I was expecting from this particular visit. She could see that I was already mad from my earlier experience but she helped me out and even reached out more so in helping me get my damaged center caps replaced. I've always told the other store to be careful as I've had to replace them right after getting my tires rotated and balanced. So when she came out to look them over and help me out she said she was going to reach out and see if she can do more than just the rotate I was looking for, me being skeptical said ok and after getting home someone reached out to me and said they'll replace the broken center caps that was from the other store. That right there was above and beyond what I ever would've expected a tire company to do as the other store never cared and this store did even though they didn't cause any of the damage. Called and schedule my appointment they said it would be about $10 a tire to switch the TPMS sensors from my old tires and wheels into the new ones. (I already have the discount tires certificate for the tires). I confirmed with Francisco and paid $40 plus $12 for the tires to be disposed. With taxes $55. Then the broke both beads on all tires and switched the TPMS sensors. But then said it would cost another $40 to finish taking off the tires? Then when I asked about the tire disposal fee I already paid then some other idiot came in and refunded my $12. It's just weird. Discount tires usually has great customer service but I'd avoid this location. I know good employees are hard to find but common guys you didn't even try. I brought a 2024 car to Murdock Hyundai because one of my tires was not holding pressure. They informed me there was a piece of metal in the tire. It could not be repaired It was not under warranty. It would cast close to $400 for one tire. And, they did not have the tire in stock. I went to Costco. They said it could not be repaired and I'd have to make an appt to get it replaced. Then, they said they didn't carry the tire I needed. I ended up at Discount Tire. Haley greeted me before I got to the door. She looked at it and said she thought it could be repaired. She was right. I was in an out in about a half an hour. There was no charge for the repair. And, she suggested getting a warranty that would cover a replacement if needed. The warranty will cover the cost of the tire if the repair doesn't hold. And, it was a fraction of the cost that the dealership quoted. Haley was so friendly and the store bright and clean. I've never hated a place so much. I asked them to check my front right tire that kept losing air. The kid at the front told me I needed to get new tires. Some girl came and told me I had 2 nails in 2 tires which was a lie. Because another guy who brought me my car keys said the tire they patched up (which was not the one I went in for) only had a rock in it????? They also left a SCRATCH!! on my car and didn't put a cap back on my front right tire that I had originally went in for. Honestly, I'm sick of going to these places when they know I'm a female and don't know anything about cars. He made a great recommendation for snow tires and quoted me a fair price over the phone. I had a flat tire previously repaired from a screw centered in the middle of the tred. The repair didn't take and I had a slow leak. I took my car back, told them what happened and they promptly took it into the shop for repair. A counter person came out and told me I had a nail in the tire and should buy a new one. I asked to see the tire - there was no nail in it. He then gave reasons why the previous repair did not work and offered me a discount on one tire and then a discount on two tires. I refused each offer and asked then to put the wheel back on the car and I would leave. I said I could fix it myself. He said ok, but then came back later and said they would repair the leak. Woke up to a completely flat tire this morning. I took my car in to have the tire hopefully repaired. While I was there, I also asked if they could look at another tire that I was having to put air in every two weeks. They were able to repair the flat tire and they even found a nail in the tire that had a slow leak and repaired it. The best part was when I went to pay and they told me there was no charge. So, I strolled in with four busted down tires, one of which just exploded a couple blocks away from the shop. When I arrived at 6:00 they were in the process of closing. Without my even asking, they took mercy on me and quickly replaced all four of my tires for about $350. I got about 21000 miles off of the tires that were replaced, they were the cheap ones that the dealership puts on your car when you first get it. The new ones they put on are about a hundred times better. I'm thankful that I did not have to sleep in the parking lot and wait till tomorrow for them to open. This is the only place I go to for tires. I've owned several cars and each time they needed new tires or tire service, it's always been this Discount Tires location. The service is excellent! They offer free tire rotations and they've fixed many flat tires for me due to running over nails or other junk on the roads. I like the feature where you can order tires and get the final "out the door price", which is upheld at the store. Had a flat tire and discovered a small tear on the inside and just on the edge of the sidewall. I must have cut it on a rock or some other debris. I originally purchased these tires at another competitor and while they were happy to cover the tire for the road hazard warranty they were unable to get the same tire. It turns out my model of tire had been replaced with a newer model with an updated tread pattern. My remaining tires still had 90 percent of the tread and I was not willing to replace all 4 tires just because of a design change. The competitor gave me prorated cash for the warranty and I went out to find a matching tire. I called around and Discount Tire said they still had a few of the older model BF Goodrich tires I needed and were happy to sell me just one tire. I went right over without an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in and get me out in about an hour. Gave me a fair price on the tire despite me only purchasing one. read more
