I was very fortunate to stop at Intermountain Tire Pros prior to leaving for the weekend to visit a sick friend. I had a large Airstream van that I couldn't get tire pressure readings on a couple of tires, so I took it there in a last ditch effort. They were very happy to provide service and quickly pointed out that I had a shredded back inside tire on one side, and the other side had completely leaked out all of its air for unknown reasons! After replacing a tire and getting the other side sorted, I was back on the road and made my round-trip to Colorado without any further problems. Small town feel in a big'ish town. I mean common, Herriman isn't big time city stuff, but I love good customer service anywhere we go spend a few coin, right? Who doesn't??. Rob and the crew at Intermountain Tire Pros is hands down the guys to go to for automotive work (some not all) and especially tires. They are honest, cut the crap kind-a guys. They have rotated tires for me, fixed a flat all before I actually bought tires from them. They have even mounted and balanced used tires for me. They have never turned me down on the small jobs. These guys are rock stars. I brought in a set of wheels and tires to be balanced and mounted, and found out there that I needed different lug nuts to fit the stock winter wheels I was having put on. I searched at the local parts places and nobody had the 32 lug nuts for my truck. I let the tire pros know my issue and I ordered lug nuts that wouldn't be here for a few days. They made life easy for me and said that would keep my wheels there till I got the lug nuts in, I didn't even have to prepay, even though I offered a few times! A+++ customer service. These guy have put my faith back into tire/mechanic shops. After what the last shop tried to pull with me, then tried to say I was basically ignorant. In a different but related topic. After going to a few places for quotes on my car. First to my regular mechanic shop then to where I purchased my tires from. These guys did both sides of my control arm bushings and alignment for the same price what of what I was quoted at the other two places for one control arm bushing and alignment. Hell, as a matter of fact every time I've gone there, for anything, they've been lower in price and they did it with a smile. Word of mouth isn't good enough for this guys that's why I'm giving them five stars and leaving this review. read more

From the customer service to the overall experience, they got the job done. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable they were and that's always a bonus from getting things done the right way. They walked me through step by step with what was wrong with my car and showed me what causes certain problems as well as how to stop these problems from recurring. My 2019 GMC never leaked oil till I got it Changed at Tire Pros. I've got to much invested in this truck to trust it to just anyone, especially if they can't do it taught the first time. Nice folks, just don't trust them now. read more

Absolutely amazing service and so friendly! My tire had been slowly deflating over and over again. When the tires were rotated elsewhere they told me nothing was wrong. The one tire continued to deflate and had progressively gotten worse. Intermountain Tire Pros looked at it with zero wait, found the problem, and fixed it super quick. These guys are awesome! Customer service is their #1 priority. If you are anywhere close and need tires don't go anywhere else. Wife was leaving on a trip and discovered we needed her tires balanced, only had about an hour. They made it happen in about 20 min. Always fair! I popped a fire on the way home from work last night. With all the construction in Herriman this is the second tire I've gone through in a month. Of course it happened on a Sunday night so no one was open. I called Tire Pros in Herriman Monday morning and my tire was completely flat, no air at all. Rob answered and was super nice and offered to come to my house and fill it up for me, we then drove to the shop, Rob pulled my tire off and patched it for me in 5 minutes, he then sent me on my way with no charge! Talk about customer service this man is a Saint! I am a 100% satisfied customer and i recommend them to everyone they are phenomenal! read more

Called these guys because I had a pretty high quote to get my back brakes and rotors fixed for $420-450! So I read the reviews on hopes it would be cheaper and it was about half the price and they got me in in a few days to get them checked and done an hour same day. Not only were they super nice but recommended not even the most expensive tire but one he thought would be the best for my car. OMG my car had never driven better or more quiet. Absolutely top notch service. You could tell they were very well educated on what tires would be best for my situation. I was unaware I needed special tires for winter driving through some of Utah's beautiful canyons, and they got me all taken care of with 4 new all season tires that met my needs perfectly! I went in to get new tires for my car. They showed me several options of tires in different price ranges. The tires I picked they didn't have in stock. I was going out of town that afternoon and really wanted the new tires because it was going to snow. They were able to get the tires from there warehouse within the hour. While I waited they had the tires off and ready for the new ones when they arrived. They also did the oil change while they were waiting for the tires. I had my two kids with me and one of their employees(I didn't get his names I wish I had) took my son into the back and showed him what they were doing to the car and how they took the tires off the rims(He loved it). I would recommend anyone go to Intermountain Tire Pro in Herriman if they need an oil change or anything to do with tires. read more
