I had never used them and at first I wasn't convinced they were worth the costs and time of dealing with an out of state printing vendor. I was glad to be wrong. Namify was so easy to work with and create new products with on their website or with our assigned salesperson. For our business account, we had a company portal where we could save logos and mockups for future orders. During my time with the company, we changed the logo with a company called Avenir and used their new updated logo to rebrand all of the company sites, letterhead, and printouts. We also purchased all of the board and staff badges with Namify. Their quality is excellent. I loved the magnet backed nametags! I've referred a few business owners to Namify in the past couple of years because their costs are competitive and reasonable and their quality is superb.

I hesitate to be the first review for Molding Box, Honestly I really do. They were after all,…read morepretty good to me through quite a few orders over the years. Unfortunately, the last FIVE orders I placed with them were messed up in some way. I typically send over 5-10 images to be printed, and every time I did, at least 1 or 2 of them would have somehow fell through the cracks. Everyone blamed some other employee as to why this kept happening, but it KEPT HAPPENING. They also consistently confused my print orders with my husbands business card orders and when I would go to up pick my own stuff, they would give me his cards and then were baffled and scrambling as to why I was actually there for my own order instead. The nail in the coffin comes in 2 parts: Part 1: The receptionist made a mistake in my billing and I was charged an extra $350 to my order, resulting in my bank account getting overdrawn and of course, resulting in ridiculous overdraw fee's. (yes I was still pretty understanding and chill since I had been working with them for a while) But this is what did it for me: Part 2: My personal sales rep didn't care to contact, call, email, let alone apologize for all this headache that happened to one of his loyal customers with whom he had amicable relationship with for at least a year or more. I should qualify that last statement by saying that he eventually did end up contacting me, 9 months later with an apology. I thanked him respectfully but thusly informed him that I couldn't imagine going back to Molding box due to the fact that my order (but more importantly, me as a person) would likely be messed up, lost or ignored. I've since moved onto another local printing company that is not only cheaper, but I get my order within 24 hours instead of 4 days, and it has NEVER been messed up or confused. -Minute Man- Again I honestly feel bad typing this, I have a lot of friends who use Molding Box and have never had a problem at all. I fell through the cracks somehow, but at this point I decided that I am likely not the only one who has had issues printing here. Hopefully, the customer service for their local clientele becomes more adequate and streamlined. They mostly deal with online orders so maybe they put all their effort into that and have a hard time fulfilling/ supporting the small local orders. I really think they just grew too fast too soon, so there are likely to be casualties. Unfortunately I was one of them.

Every year, I'm so pleased with my annual project, I'm so grateful I've had a great printer to depend on over the years.
