UPDATE: I originally gave a miserable review for Pro Digital Photos because of an unfortunate…read moreinteraction that has now been amicably resolved. We came to see that both of us were under a lot of individual stress and had not been truly aware of how we were coming across to others. Then our interaction together created the hurt. When the owner responded with a sincere apology, I went over to Pro Digital myself and we were able to resolve this misunderstanding. I am actually rather impressed with Veronica after this, as I have found that her heart is sincere. She is also, at times, human like I am. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW... since updated and changed: (1-star) So at first we were happy with ProDigital Photo services... that is until we attempted to reorder more of the invitations. The Customer Service rep (Veronica?) was very rude and demeaning to us. When I attempted to contact the owner of the store to let her know how her representative was treating her customers, she just said she was very sorry she had treated us so rudely but that there was nothing else she could do about it. (Seriously?) She instructed me to "go back to the store and conduct my business through Veronica". NOT A CHANCE in hell. We will not be returning to that business ever again, sadly. UPDATE: Wow, turns out, Veronica IS the business owner. Am surprised! She seemed so nice when we met her in person back in April, but to treat us so rudely over the phone is awful for business. No wonder Jen couldn't do anything. Veronica -- Customer Service means something! ------------------------------------------------------------------------ (Old review, since resolved)

I recently began pen turning as a retirement hobby, and Craft Supplies USA has quickly become my…read morego-to source for pen kits. Their pen kit selection is large, the price is reasonable, shipping is fast, and customer service is outstanding. Their Artisan line of pen kits sourced from Taiwan is really top notch. I have wrecked a few pens during the turning process, and I really appreciate that every kit they sell has spare cut-to-length tubes available for a very reasonable price. Some suppliers only sell spare tubes in long lengths that need to be cut, and I don't want to invest in tube cutting equipment to salvage a pen kit.

They are a small shop but they can do anything you need if you just ask! Often I will put an order in online and they will call me before printing anything to make sure they print my order correctly.
