UPDATE: I originally gave a miserable review for Pro Digital Photos because of an unfortunate interaction that has now been amicably resolved. We came to see that both of us were under a lot of individual stress and had not been truly aware of how we were coming across to others. Then our interaction together created the hurt. When the owner responded with a sincere apology, I went over to Pro Digital myself and we were able to resolve this misunderstanding. I am actually rather impressed with Veronica after this, as I have found that her heart is sincere. She is also, at times, human like I am. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW... since updated and changed: (1-star) So at first we were happy with ProDigital Photo services... that is until we attempted to reorder more of the invitations. The Customer Service rep (Veronica?) was very rude and demeaning to us. When I attempted to contact the owner of the store to let her know how her representative was treating her customers, she just said she was very sorry she had treated us so rudely but that there was nothing else she could do about it. (Seriously?) She instructed me to "go back to the store and conduct my business through Veronica". NOT A CHANCE in hell. We will not be returning to that business ever again, sadly. UPDATE: Wow, turns out, Veronica IS the business owner. Am surprised! She seemed so nice when we met her in person back in April, but to treat us so rudely over the phone is awful for business. I absolutely LOVE this cute little photo shop on Main Street in Pleasant Grove. I needed to get some pictures enlarged for a funeral- didn't have negatives (who uses those anymore!)- just had a small 5x7 photo. They were able to scan the photo & enlarge it without it looking pixelated and grainy. Their customer service is spot on. I have to give a shout out to Devin who made suggestions on what I should do (it's what he would do in my situation), and I'm SO grateful for his knowledge. I ordered bridal pictures for my daughter's wedding. The only canvas prints I have seen and am familiar with wrap around a wood frame. When I clicked on canvas from the website that is how they are explained on the website so i didn't think there was a difference between the 4 options. What I received was canvas glued to a plastic foam board. It looks terrible! I told them i wasn't happy with the product I received. They explained the difference of all the options on their website. When I mentioned that this was not clearly explained on their website, they said "sorry, that's what you ordered and there's nothing we can do about it." This seems to be the only response when dealing with a customer's concern, which I have learned since reading other reviews. I also ordered other prints which were stuck together. I had to pull them apart just to see them. they are now warped, but because of this other interaction, I didn't even attempt to talk to them about it because "that's what I ordered." Well, I do expect a decent quality work and some sort of work around to get what i wanted to begin with. I won't be returning to this store nor will I recommend my friends go there. read more

I needed graduation announcements for my son and I went in today and was told to leave and do it at home instead. Okay so why would I do them at home when I specifically came in needing help and advice doing them? I came in to give you guys my business and my money and I left going home to giving my money to someone else on the website. I have used this company several times before and haven't had an issue but after this I will not be back. Not only was their site easy to navigate compared to others, but the process was easy, fast, and my announcements look beautiful! Beware!!! They alter your photos as they see fit without asking first. There quality if horrible! Even if you are completely unhappy they will not refund your money even if you send all the photos back. Then they blame you as the customer for not telling them to not alter the photos. They do not listen to the customer and just repeat the same excuses. I told them to not bother reprinting them as their quality is horrible and I had already sent them to another processor. The results were staggeringly beautiful with the new processor. A processor should NEVER alter photos without permission. The excuse they told me was wrong and completely unacceptable and not true. I had paid a photographer/professor of photography to take some amazing edgy shots and they butchered them. They couldn't even get basic shots right. They were all grainy at a 4x6 size. I could not display any of them! Too boot they never responded to my last email and mailed out reprints 2 and half weeks later! This company does not listen to their customers. Stay as far away from them as possible. There is nothing "Pro" about this company. read more

It looks homemade and the quality of the cup is very cheap... don't waste your money on this one.
