We came to see that both of us were under a lot of individual stress and had not been truly aware of how we were coming across to others. Then our interaction together created the hurt. When the owner responded with a sincere apology, I went over to Pro Digital myself and we were able to resolve this misunderstanding. I am actually rather impressed with Veronica after this, as I have found that her heart is sincere. She is also, at times, human like I am. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------OLD REVIEW... since updated and changed: (1-star) So at first we were happy with ProDigital Photo services... that is until we attempted to reorder more of the invitations. The Customer Service rep (Veronica?) was very rude and demeaning to us. When I attempted to contact the owner of the store to let her know how her representative was treating her customers, she just said she was very sorry she had treated us so rudely but that there was nothing else she could do about it. (Seriously?) She instructed me to "go back to the store and conduct my business through Veronica". NOT A CHANCE in hell. We will not be returning to that business ever again, sadly. UPDATE: Wow, turns out, Veronica IS the business owner. Am surprised! She seemed so nice when we met her in person back in April, but to treat us so rudely over the phone is awful for business. I also appreciate how careful they were in flattening the prints, putting tissue paper between them, and packing them on top of a mat board and enclosing in cellophane for protection during transport. I received quotes from six local labs, and MasterLab, while not the least expensive, was less expensive than most and came with great recommendations. I can now vouch as well for their expertise - if you're looking for the best printing (highest quality printers, paper/canvas, and inks) for printing your art project, I'd definitely recommend MasterLab!

BrieAnn was wonderful to work with. She had conversations with my daughter about what she wanted. The day of the wedding she was everywhere getting pictures. She took pictures of the party getting ready, the decorations, the cake, the guests, the ceremony, the bridal party, the family, and the reception. The pictures are fantastic! She made them available to us for download from a website. BrieAnn does beautiful work for a reasonable price which makes her photography service a fantastic value!
