Also, the customer service was better than what I could ask from a business. We got stuck in the snow and were going to be late for our appointment by at least two hours. Jerry rearranged his schedule so that we could still have our pictures taken, since this was the only day and time the whole family could make it. Once we finally made it to the location, all the children were cranky and unwilling to listen to parents. We decided to drive out to his studio in Utah to get the full experience even though he comes out to L.A. every so often. I emailed Josh and had no problem setting a date/time that worked for everyone. After a very cold sleep deprived 24 hr roundtrip drive I can still say it was worth it. Josh is an all around great person. He even suggested local food/sites for us to see. As a photographer he was super friendly, informative and patient. My dog was trying to runaway and hide for a good while. He brought out several toys and even a blanket to put her at ease.
