Sure, there is inventory on the shelves, but the combination of stark white walls, poor lighting and lack of appealing design anywhere led me to that assumption. I glanced around a bit more, looking for signage to affirm my thoughts, and I found none. Nope, not going out of business, just a careless atmosphere. I was in and out rather quickly-all I needed was a ream of paper so my son could print out a homework assignment. I would typically browse a few minutes while shopping to see what else I might need. But I did not feel like I wanted to spend any more time than absolutely necessary here. Customer service was fine-it doesn't take much to ring up a purchase. But something about this store made me feel a little bummed out when I left.

The two times I have come, both have been a great experience. I have had to print off a few things…read moreand they always came out exactly how I needed them to look. The great thing is you can email it directly to them, then they'll print it off--AND they have various options of "niceness" if you don't want just regular ol' printer paper. The employees, although it always takes just a little time because there is usually another customer or two before me, are great and know what they're doing. They are helpful and provided me with great understanding of what I needed. Overall, really a pleasant experience. I don't know how things would be, had a done an online order instead of face-to-face, but again, I thought the customer service at the printing department was very painless.
