Same store, not much has changed over the years since my first reviews. That's okay, the few…read moreupdates (new copiers, new credit card terminals) have sped things up a bit, but I find it's really what you get out of it. If you're stuck behind someone who doesn't know what they're doing or if they're getting once copy of 89 different things, you're just going to have to wait. A few weeks ago I was in a crazy rush and I was able to get in, get their attention, get what I needed, do the self-serve machine, and get back out FAST. Mostly fast... the dude there wanted to chat and normally I'm all about the conversation, but that night I was in a rush. The point is, on more than one occasion they have come through for me and for that I'm truly thankful. I tend to have two kinds of visits: leisurely and frantic, and they're cool with both. And now for a bit of poignant copy wisdom: a copy is only a copy, no matter how wonderful. Once you have created something new and original, everything else will just feel like a copy. Ponder this.

The only thing that Amazon asks you to do is show UPS the return QR code. It may have been a full moon the other day but the stars sure were in alignment today! Found convenient parking, walked in with no line, AND the customer service was really nice. Best of all, returning the item to Amazon was free and I didn't have to repackage it or label it. Without any hassle or explanations, the employee scanned the QR code and printed a return postage receipt. I didn't even stay longer than one full minute in the UPS store LOL This is too easy. Now I understand why folks shop on Amazon. Thank you UPS for accepting my return item, repackaging it, labeling it, and shipping it back to Amazon. I already got my refund from them!

What a fine surprise! No lines, pleasantly greeted, extra tape was added without being asked, and the receipt was promptly tendered. Shipping supplies were reasonably priced, a great value and fine customer service too. The young man, who took care of me, worked proficiently, and actually seemed to care about the package. But recently, one of those online orders didn't turn out so great and I needed to send it back. I took it in to the store, showed the clerk a QR code and she printed a shipping label, took my package and sent me on my way. It was painless. The only reason I deducted a star was because I did have to wait in line for several minutes (longer than my actual transaction took). It would be nice if there was a self-service kiosk where I could scan the code, print the label myself and drop the package off rather than having to wait in a line. That just shows how accustomed to instant gratification I've become. I'll say it for you.

They kept talking to each other as if I wasn't there. I went out to my car to get it and struggled with it to get the door open and in on the counter. I told them again it was heavy for me, and the younger guy said "oh that's ok just set it here." Are you kidding? I'm older with a bad shoulder. This is why I like doing my returns to Amazon at kohls. They'll help me so much better. Someone needs to train these men on how to give great customer service. To everyone.
