The only thing that Amazon asks you to do is show UPS the return QR code. It may have been a full moon the other day but the stars sure were in alignment today! Found convenient parking, walked in with no line, AND the customer service was really nice. Best of all, returning the item to Amazon was free and I didn't have to repackage it or label it. Without any hassle or explanations, the employee scanned the QR code and printed a return postage receipt. I didn't even stay longer than one full minute in the UPS store LOL This is too easy. Now I understand why folks shop on Amazon. Thank you UPS for accepting my return item, repackaging it, labeling it, and shipping it back to Amazon. I already got my refund from them!

But recently, one of those online orders didn't turn out so great and I needed to send it back. I took it in to the store, showed the clerk a QR code and she printed a shipping label, took my package and sent me on my way. It was painless. The only reason I deducted a star was because I did have to wait in line for several minutes (longer than my actual transaction took). It would be nice if there was a self-service kiosk where I could scan the code, print the label myself and drop the package off rather than having to wait in a line. That just shows how accustomed to instant gratification I've become. I'll say it for you.

Make sure you have it packaged or they will charge you for a new package. Also make sure that you print your label at home which I don't have a printer. It wasn't easy and I'm assuming who is in charge because he was the only one who knew what he was doing in there. Unlike other UPS Stores I've been to, this location seems to always have at least two employees working, sometimes three, to keep things moving. They do have an Amazon self-serve return kiosk, so that also helps. Good location for me, so I'll keep using them. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind.
