This was my first time returning an item to Amazon. Following the return instructions, it says that repackaging or labeling is not required. The only thing that Amazon asks you to do is show UPS the return QR code. It may have been a full moon the other day but the stars sure were in alignment today! Found convenient parking, walked in with no line, AND the customer service was really nice. Best of all, returning the item to Amazon was free and I didn't have to repackage it or label it. Without any hassle or explanations, the employee scanned the QR code and printed a return postage receipt. I didn't even stay longer than one full minute in the UPS store LOL This is too easy. Now I understand why folks shop on Amazon. Thank you UPS for accepting my return item, repackaging it, labeling it, and shipping it back to Amazon. I already got my refund from them! read more

I paid 96 dollars for overnight shipping. It's now 3 days later. The driver refused to bring my package. He said leave 2 children under age 7 alone at home and walk to come get it. Leave a 3 year old alone at home? Are you kidding me? That package has the keys to my car, I have been 3 days without a vehicle due to this abhorrent service. Owner of the store or maybe the manager, 60+ year old white male, 6'3"-6'4" was working 8/23/31 about 10:00am is rude, condescending, and a little bit of a control freak. Never looked up from the computer, doesn't even acknowledge you when you walk in. When I politely asked for tape or a tape gun to tape a package, his control freak side stepped out and without looking away from his computer replied. ... No, we don't have tape, I laughed after all we were in a packing store, and said you don't have a tape gun? He replied in a stern voice, Only I can operate the tape gun" I laughed thinking he was kidding... He wasn't. I said in 20 years of shipping with UPS Ive never been denied tape or a tape gun and laughed a little. His reply was " well there's a first for everything isn't there" I politely handed the multiple envelopes and packing equipment I had intended to purchase back to the other worker and said you know on second thought I'll take my business elsewhere. I stopped by to mail an envelope with a prepaid label on my phone. I was told that it had to be printed so I asked him if he would print it for me. He told me there was a two dollar charge to print a label off my phone. Seems pretty greedy to me.I left and they lost the business They just need to remember that pigs get fat and hogs get slaughtered. I took a package of two automobile bumper guards to the UPS store to be sent to Shanghai, China. They gave me a price of $125.00. I then took the package to USPS where they gave me a price of $25.00. USPS shipped it quickly at it arrived as promised. I will not go back to the UPS store. Go if you like but watch out. read more

Brad is my favorite at this store. I am in a wheelchair and whenever I need to mail something I just call and he runs out and grabs my packages from me so I don't have to get my wheelchair out. I don't know if it's policy but I've used UPS hundreds of times. As someone who ships nearly on a daily basis I found this instance extremely odd. Never once have I ever been told buy tape to tape my box shut. Maybe my regular location doesn't charge me cuz they know me and they let me use as much tape as I need. But this location wanted to charge me 12$ for a box and a whole role of tape to put two packages in. Or spend 3.50 for a whole roll of tape to tape my packages together. Not to mention the box is 5$ and tape is 3.50. How does that calculate to 11.99 plus tax. Won't be returning to this location. read more

Closed at 3pm on Saturday. Door was locked a few minutes before 3pm. Staff still inside wouldn't even look up. Here is a shipping office in the middle of a shopping district that closes at 3, but head up on the bench into more residential areas and the UPS store is open later. Makes no sense. I showed up this morning with 42 boxes in the back of my truck. I tried to time it right with the weather, but I waited for 2 Trax trains and ended up getting dumped on by the monsoon. The guy at this location ran out as I showed up and helped me hurry and get the boxes out of the truck. Then he helped me bring them inside. As I was bringing the last few boxes in, he had a towel and was drying the boxes and setting them out so they could start drying. If that isn't customer service, I don't know what is. read more

Have worked with the store for over a year, having a box as well as regular postage/overnight services. The staff is knowledgeable and professional--while being friendly and helpful. The absolute WORST UPS Store I've been to. Getting your packages out is NOT a priority at this store. I dropped off some packages and watched an employee mess around with a scale for 10 minutes instead of taking my packages to the back to be loaded on the truck, and as a result they missed the truck for the day. There were no customers in the store at the time and no reason for the employee to ignore my packages. They simply do not care. Stay away if you want your stuff to go out on time. read more

First of all I ordered 2 small items from Amazon on the 20th. On the 22nd there was a notice in my mailbox saying they attempted to deliver my package. I found this odd because no one came to my house that day considering I was home all day. I call Amazon and they contact ups. They state that the carrier said my mailbox was blocked. Well I find that odd since he was as able to put a notice in there. She told them to redeliver the packages and sure enough they didn't. They put another notice in my mailbox. I get a call from Sandy Ups and they say I need to come get the items. Well I ordered items online to be delivered to my house not to pick up elsewhere. She told me maybe the items are too big for my mailbox. Well how come the previous carrier said my mailbox was blocked when he attempted to deliver my packages? And again my items are very small. She then proceeded to say my driveway was dangerous because of snow. Weird because fedex makes it to my house just fine, so does my sisters crappy van, and also the snow is melting and practically all gone. Nothing but lies, excuses, beating around the bush, and lack of empathy. I'm pretty upset with Ups and will avoid using their services at all costs.
