Dominick was great to work with. I bought a 175 lb. envelope stuffer from an online auction company and Dominick arranged pick up the next day. He then did a beautiful job palletizing the machine and his quote for the work was so cheap, I told him to tack on another 50 bucks. read more

This store quoted me a price of $77 to ship a 7 pound package to the East coast through USPS in 5 business days via Ground Advantage. I left and went to the post office where they charged me $22.16 for the exact same service. Seriously? I know business need to make a profit but $55 to print a shipping label is ridiculous. read more

I've been going to these guys for a while, today I had some extra time so I decided to go to every packing store near my house to see if I could get a better deal on a couple boxes I needed to ship some items. No one and I mean NOT ONE STORE had a 24 X 24 X 6 box except for these guys(I'm sure I could order them, but I needed them today). They have the biggest selection of box sizes out there. If you have a unique size item you need to ship. DO NOT BOTHER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE!!! I go here about twice a week and they have never ever not had the size I needed. Seriously any other store is a waste of time.(including big box stores. Staples, OfficeMax, etc...) prices can sometimes be a little steeper but I don't mind paying it. These guys are the best. read more

I don't leave many reviews, but wow!! I needed to ship a wifi modem back to the company as I'm done renting it. But I was clueless with how to pack it safely so it wouldn't break. He helped me wrap it in bubble wrap and the large puffy bubbles to keep it safe. I felt totally confident that my package would be secure and make it back. Will definitely be coming back in the future. read more

Beware This place is not the place for post office box. I have had nothing but problems with the lady who works there. She has closed my mailbox twice without ever calling or emailing us about the issue. We had given our card number to her,To pay the mailbox and it was never done and mailbox was closed without a phone call. Come on people do your jobs. We definitely do not recommend this place. We now have a mess to clean up. read more

Roly was amazing! I was really stressed out about shipping a package that was an odd size. I couldn't find a box to fit it. Roly helped me find the perfect box. He also had the best price for shipping. He was about $15 cheaper than the post office for a priority mail package through USPS. I really appreciated his help. The whole process was so much easier then waiting in line at the post office. He was so kind and helpful. read more

But the bigness of the company almost works against them. One of the reasons I often choose local companies is because of the kind of service and attention I get. When you order with them, there's a real push to do it online. That's great if you know what you need and what you're doing, but for someone who doesn't have this stuff made every couple of months it could be difficult and you may find the service at a smaller shop to be more up your alley. In a world where online printing companies are now super, super, UBER cheap it's often going to be more affordable to just send it off to Texas or California, even with shipping. I mean, if I'm submitting it all online anyway it becomes a pure price game. The good news is that they are local and real people do work there, so you can work a little closer with them if you need to. They've been around a long time and can handle just about any size project. And it's not just banners--they do tablecloths, car wraps, stand up banners, window banners (decals? wraps?) and a whole host of other promotional or products. Give the website a whirl if you're curious, but realize that if you're going to get a banner or project done just online, you can do a little research and save some money. Hopefully they'll be willing to walk you through it if you go in or pick up the phone.

A Google search led me to Sugar House which had the largest selection of banner fabrics and stands, I designed what at that time was an awesome piece, they did a beautiful job of printing it, it arrived in plenty of time for my next event, and the durable banner and stand continue to serve me well. I decided to give these folks a try. I've been using a competitor for quite a while and have really loved the service. But a friend said these guys were cheaper. He was right. The store is in a shambles and filthy. The staff was less than helpful. The pricing was NOT lower, but they tried to convince me it was. They even made a "phone call" to the competitor I've regularly used to try and prove to me they were less, but I could hear the competitor talking. I heard the rate given and it was less. These guys a shake down artists. I'm going back to the other guys. Lesson learned. read more
