He said hi when I walked in the door, and directed me to the shipping counter right away, as I was carrying a large box. I spoke to me like I was a regular and took care of me like one as well. He put extra tape on my box to make sure it would ship safely and made sure everything was in order before letting me leave. Most FedEx places just point and grunt.
