I use you store almost every week. A very kind slim girl is usually there to assist me. This morning a large rude man was there. He wouldn't address my pkg as I ask and when I ask for his name the refused so I took his photo. He told me I had to delete his pic or he would not mail my package and kicked me out of the UPS store. Came by for a Amazon return. The options all mentioned UPS and this was the closest one to my house. When I arrived, I waited maybe 1 minute and then someone came to help me, I had a QR code for the return, they scanned it and gave me a receipt. That was it! So simple and it was really great! read more

I am pretty sure to work at this store you have to have zero personality or customer service. Not sure what is going on, but have had numerous problems returning items to Amazon when the instructions say "just drop it off at the store and they will print the label and box it." Today is the second time I've had to try to do this and the teenage girl running the front stated that my product needed a box or bag that I could buy. I told her it was a drop n ship from Amazon and their instructions. She still stated I needed to buy a box. I contacted Amazon, had them issue me a print at home label so I could take it to a drop off where I didn't have to try to deal with these teenagers running the store. Irritating. Wow this was probably the friendliest and most helpful UPS store I've ever been in. I had a little issue with a shipping label and they were super helpful in helping me get it resolved. Inside of the store is very clean and the return/shipping process was super easy and quick. This location is tucked away in the corner so it's a little hard to see the sign but it's there next to Ace Hardware. I'll definitely come back to this location! read more

Traumatic Experience I took a ceramic sculpture I had made to this store to ship it. The nice young man at the counter guaranteed me that, if he packed it and shipped it, it would arrive safely to my client in California. It arrived. Smashed to pieces. The package wasn't even marked FRAGILE. So I filed a claim with UPS. One month later, UPS central offices had not received my claim. They said that the UPS store was responsible for the claim. That nice young man? At first he assured me he was working on it. Then he made excuses. Then he stopped taking my calls, having his coworkers tell me he was gone for the day. I finally had to call UPS central offices to complain about my treatment at this store before I got any response. Five weeks have gone by since I filed my claim. I received a call from central offices to say the claim has been resolved. I'm still waiting to receive the check. read more
