My husband dropped an iPhone at the store to be shipped back. It was packaged well in the box provided by Apple. I had recommended he go there as I have used their services multiple times. He came back and said the place was very disorganized and that they had told him to just leave it. They did not check the package in so that we had a record of initiating the send. Now, I have received an email saying the iPhone has not been received. I have no tracking from the store. I would definitely not use this store if you want your packages to make it to their destination! Do not just drop off without watching them actually scan it in! read more

I had a very old family heirloom chair that I needed to send. They helped me with every phase of the process. Everyone at this location was professional, courteous, and competent throughout the whole process. They packed that chair up and it arrived across the country in perfect shape. It was wrapped securely in bubble wrap and paper and all of that was put on a pallet and wrapped again in a very thick black plastic before shipping. For the service I got and the quality of the overall process I felt that it was a very fair price. Dropped off online retail purchase in big newer smaller retail shopping area near big smiths kroger grocery . I was impressed by the two large entry doors propped wide open for easy entry & access carrying big package to be dropped off & returned . I do believe they do ups also . There were parking spots right in front that are designated short term parking . Looked like all packing, shipping ,& postal needs there . If I could give them no stars I could. I dropped off a package with our passports and visa packets. They showed me the mailer to use and watched me seal the package. Two days later the package arrived at the shipping location and our passports were gone. It cost us $500 to get new expedited passports. I stopped into your store on Friday to ask your hours for the following day, 10-3 on sat. I came back on Saturday at 2:30 & the store was locked & no one was there. The hours on your store front & answering machine all say 10-3 but no one was there to help me.
