I will say that this has to be the U.S. Government's most poorly run Post Office in the United States! The staff is ridiculously rude, ignorant and should not be in customer service. Had a package delivered there, went it to inquire since it wasn't in my box, they couldn't find it and 4 hours later it was RTS. I wouldn't trust them to run a lemonade stand. read more

I just called to check on my mail which is being forwarded. A very kind and extremely helpful lady answered on the 2nd ring and explained the process to me in detail. Worse service I have ever received at any business ever. The clerk lady was so rude. I was just picking up one package that was supposed to be delivered to my office building, but she gave me extreme attitude when I didn't want to take the giant box full of mail and deliver it for them to my building- to people I don't even know or work with. I don't think that's even allowed. And then she just turned around and walked away from me when she didn't want to help me any more. So unprofessional. read more

There was a worker (Doyle) who was throwing packages into bins behind the counter. He was not even concerned that we could all see that he was taking customers' packages and literally throwing them without knowing what is in them!! The wait at the counter was long and the workers seem so apathetic. This is what is sad about our government workers and no work ethic! read more

The older woman who works here is very rude! Avoid this post office unless you want her to waste your time. She is incapable of accomplishing any tasks. Just walk out if she's working. read more

I've never written a review on here... which I hope shows how awful my experience was with this post office. There's an older woman who works here who is a nightmare to deal with.. I had heard stories about this person in the past, but I assumed "what could go wrong, I'm just heading in to pick up packages that USPS itself has informed me are ready to pick up" and I had a very very uncomfortable experience today, as I received on my tracking that my packages were available for pick up. I went in to pick up, to which she told me it wouldn't be there and I had to be patient for my delivery but also that my address was an "undeliverable address" she asked if it was a house or condo to which I replied "condo" she asked for the unit number to which I responded.. there isn't one. To which she felt compelled to tell me that there had to be a unit number if it's a condo (but there isn't). She started talking down to me explaining that someone was "doing there job" and my package was on a carrier and that I had to be patient to Receive it (even though apparently my address is undeliverable. So I politely showed her that my messages showed it should be there for pick up. And said I could come back later. She threw her arms up and turned around and insisted she was going to talk with the supervisor. 10 minutes later she came back up, and there was now a line of about 12 people waiting since she is the only one working. She came back with my three packages to then yell at me in front of all of these people that it's my fault there's a line. And questioned if I knew what the country was going through with this health crisis and that I was selfish to make her walk around looking for my packages (which I didn't make her do) and that if I ever needed anything to pick up again that she wouldn't get it for me or anyone who lives in that house. I've never had such a simple task become so complicated. Or had to deal with anyone so aggressive and uncomfortable with just picking up my mail. Luckily I don't live here and just visiting but Hopefully there is something that could be done to help the other people that deal with this daily. read more

Clerk 88 with blonde hair is rude and unhelpful. If she is there assisting you, you'd have better luck calling a 1-800 number to nowhere.

I went into this post office today to inquire about the delivery of a piece of mail. At first the clerk was short and rude and I let it go- as she told me I could talk to a supervisor. About 10 minutes passed, and I inquired as to how long it would take for the supervisor to come out. She started screaming at me in front of 10 customers and threatened to go to the police station next door if I didn't like waiting. I was floored obviously from her irrational behavior, and I told her I'd be happy to go to the police for her- so that's what I did. I've never dealt with any employee of any entity, government or otherwise in my entire life with such a nasty and hostile attitude. This post office should be ashamed to employ someone with this kind of behavior and attitude towards customers. One can only assume she has some kind of government tenure and can not be fired no matter how vile and unprofessional her behavior is. read more

I love this post office! It's new, clean, spacious and quiet. The employees actually know what they are doing and are efficient (as far as USPS clerks go). The only major downside is that they usually have just one person working and one register open so if it's busy, be prepared for quite a wait. They have a little area where you can buy postal supplies and they have a big bin if you want to print your own postage. Love this location! read more

Rude power-trippers, and not one frikin care about getting people their mail. I was there to pick up my mail with a tracking number and my ID... asking as nice as I can. TRYING to help them deliver my mail to me so it doesn't need to be sent back because of an address mistake. Tracking showed it was there and the attitude from the older lady set on my not getting my mail was shocking. She didn't even want to LOOK at my tracking number! Heaven knows they can't handle their load already, why tie up the delviery system with a Return to Sender? Their MISSION should be to delviver the mail... right? Or is that an outdated concept? read more

Great post office, but there was one customer sales associate by the name of Julie, who happened to be the nastiest rep that I have ever encountered. She basically didn't want to hear anything that I had to say, even though I was the one paying for the service. She kept telling me about her job and how well she knows it, but never acknowledge anything that I was trying to explain to her. Now grant you, this is someone who is supposed to be having strong customer service skills. Imagine my disappointment. Worse service I have ever encountered. read more

Just had a jaw-dropping experience, thanks to CHRIS DOYLE at the Park City Post Office (at 2100 Park Ave). Yesterday I popped in because I hadn't received a package (long story, but a vendor sent an item to me via USPS instead of FedEx ... we don't have a PO Box here in Park City, so the dang thing got lost). Anyway: I went to see if by chance the item had been held at the Post Office, and Chris assisted me. He was patient, friendly and professional in helping me to birddog the missing item. And then he said he could do additional research and get back to me. I'm a bit of a skeptic and thought .... yeah, right. He's going to get back to me. BUT HE DID!!!! He called this morning to confirm the item had, in fact, been returned to sender (now at least I know how to get it). Also, he provided a ton of very helpful information about the ins and outs of establishing a PO Box for future use. GREAT EXPERIENCE. GREAT GUY. I'm just a HUGE FAN of the Post Office in general, but my experience with Chris sealed the deal. :-) read more

I would give them a zero if I could! The door and website says they are open until 5:30pm but at 4:30pm they are gone, all locked up with no service. I went twice to pick up packages today. They have never answered their phone in the 15 years that I have lived here. They also accept packages from Fed Ex and UPS....then refuse to let you know that either has left your packages there (instead of telling UPS and FED ex that they don't deliver to old town. They instead mark all of the packages as "incorrect address" return to sender. The address was correct....they just don't deliver mail in old town. Bad and frustrating deal. especially when you track your packages and realize they are at the park ave P. Office...you drive to get them and....they are closed during regular hours again!! read more

They are idiots. They delivered perishable bulbs to my door step and they froze even though the package was marked . "Don't expose to frost. " They don't answer the phone either. Last year we stopped the mail while out of town and had them hold the mail. They send a package back to sender during that time because it was more than 30 days even though they knew they were holding the mail. read more

I've got another tally to add to the crazy woman who works at this post office. My package was sent to the wrong address (totally my fault) but I went in the other day and filled out the paperwork that would reroute the package to my PO Box at this Post Office, no biggie. A few days later my package arrives and is being held at said Post Office so I go in to pick it up. No package in my box but that's ok, I go to the front desk where the infamous lady is currently mocking the customer ahead of me. Now it's my turn... I'm nervous, palms sweaty, arms spaghetti, she says "How can I help you?" I tell her what had happened and show her the messages received about my package being held at the office to which she relies angrily that I've given them the wrong address. Then proceeds to call me stupid. I am stupid and that's fine, but that doesn't change our predicament. I do my best to de-escalate the situation with my witty humor. Everyone in the office enjoyed it but her. She proceeds to tell me to learn to count to 6 and use the 6 digit PO Box I have which again doesn't help. I ask if there's anything we can do to see if the package is there and she goes into the back where I overhear her telling the other workers how dumb I am.. so I left and then called the office and talked to Chris over the phone who swiftly found my package and placed a key to gain access to the big mailboxes in my PO Box. So shouts out Chris and I hope that woman wakes up on the better side of her ex husband tomorrow. read more

The post office was clean and quiet. It had item I needed for sale at a good price. Clerk was helpful. I was able to do what I wanted efficiently. Very convenient location. I have a new found appreciation for our government employees in light of the way they have been disrespected by the current administration. read more
