    Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would and I am in the process of finding either a local…read moreprint shop to support moving forward or going to buy a new expensive printer at Costco for use. Over the past few weeks, I have visited this location multiple times to print on a specific type of sticker paper that I have used successfully on three prior occasions. Each time, the process was quick and straightforward, typically taking less than five minutes. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unexpected difficulty. The employee on duty was unable to complete my printing request and instead advised me that I needed to place an order. This process took approximately ten minutes to fill out and complete, which was quite different from my previous experiences which took less than 5 minutes to print these items and complete the check out process. The employee stated he has only been working there 2 weeks and that he didn't know what to do. He was the only employee working from Friday night through the entire weekend. I was instructed to return the following day after noon to pick up the order. When I returned, I was informed that the order had not been processed because the staff was unsure how to verify the paper type. While I understand that technical issues can arise, I found the situation quite disheartening, especially given the limited options available in Park City for printing services. I value Staples as a brand and have appreciated its convenience in the past; however, this experience has understandably diminished my confidence in the reliability of the service at this particular location. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger refused to address a customer issue- all around poor customer service. I don't foresee this last Staples location lasting much longer as their poor customer service will be the end of their demise.

    Less than positive culture continues at this store.... "Top Down Management" continues to fail…read more I've not had reason or desire to use this store until recently since long before them relocating. Apparently #UPS @UPS doesn't monitor franchise store owner/staff customer service/behavior. -When I asked if I will receive "tracking information" on a package that I was sending the reply, not in a positive tone was; "That's not us, we don't provide it, it's them"! Assuming he meant it was the company that provided the label? When I returned home, I realized that information was missing from several fields on the receipt provided. Curious if tracking information from UPS would be provided if pertinent information was loaded into your system when a package is dropped off? I would have used Fed Ex as they automatically provide tracking information connected to ones email address, shipping address, phone number and name in their system. One has to believe, if your staff were to take the time to infill pertinent information when accepting a package that tracking would be provided? Doesn't seem like rocket science, but perhaps it is. In the end, if you're "NOT UPS" as you state in reply to other review and you're not interested in using your game, perhaps you should lower the UPS signs in and around your property.

    Unfortunately, Alpine Sign in Park City changed management/ownership a couple of years ago and…read morewhile I had a positive experience when they took over, the new owner has been completely unprofessional and rude for trivial, petty reasons. I asked for a vinyl decal we'd ordered previously to be cut, and they got the decals done quickly, but unfortunately, we were extremely busy and picking up the decals became a low priority. Subsequently, I received a rude email and phone call asking us to pick up our order. I tolerated this attitude and planned to pick them up at our convenience while offering to send a check to prepay for the order if they sent us an invoice. I also offered to have them bring the decals by our office on Main St. whenever they happened to be in that area. The owner said that we would have to pay for delivery to bring them by so I declined to have them do that (which would've been easy to do "at his convenience"). However, I also never received an invoice so I couldn't pay for the labels, which I was happy to do (even by credit card over the phone which was never asked of me). Yet, I continued to receive harassing emails asking us why we hadn't picked up the decals and how we were unprofessional and rude for asking him to do these decals when we had no intention of paying for them. Really... Finally, I was able to swing by there, but what do you know, no one was there because he was out on Main St running his dinky business by himself, and since I hadn't received an invoice I couldn't just leave a check and find the labels inside (door was unlocked) myself. I continued to receive harassing, rude emails from this dingus until finally I decided it wasn't worth it to get these labels and this guy can just go suck it. How stupid do you have to be to act so overwhelmingly rude to the only happy customer on yelp who has bothered to review your business that they are compelled to go and change it to one star? If you're looking to get labels done, you should consider having them done in SLC where there are a number of competitively priced options that won't freak out if you don't pay them immediately for twenty bucks worth of vinyl despite your best efforts to cater to their childish attitude. For example, I just called Signarama and they quoted me a price about 82% less than what I would've paid with Alpine Sign with about the same turnaround. And they offer a wider range of services.
