Honestly if I could give zero stars, I would and I am in the process of finding either a local print shop to support moving forward or going to buy a new expensive printer at Costco for use. Over the past few weeks, I have visited this location multiple times to print on a specific type of sticker paper that I have used successfully on three prior occasions. Each time, the process was quick and straightforward, typically taking less than five minutes. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unexpected difficulty. The employee on duty was unable to complete my printing request and instead advised me that I needed to place an order. This process took approximately ten minutes to fill out and complete, which was quite different from my previous experiences which took less than 5 minutes to print these items and complete the check out process. The employee stated he has only been working there 2 weeks and that he didn't know what to do. He was the only employee working from Friday night through the entire weekend. I was instructed to return the following day after noon to pick up the order. When I returned, I was informed that the order had not been processed because the staff was unsure how to verify the paper type. While I understand that technical issues can arise, I found the situation quite disheartening, especially given the limited options available in Park City for printing services. I value Staples as a brand and have appreciated its convenience in the past; however, this experience has understandably diminished my confidence in the reliability of the service at this particular location. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger refused to address a customer issue- all around poor customer service. I don't foresee this last Staples location lasting much longer as their poor customer service will be the end of their demise. read more

worst freaking experience ever at a Staples I printed 25 pieces of paper regular freaking paper and it was $47. Do not go there. The help was horrendous. They didn't help at all. Worst staples I've ever been to. And it took one hour for my prince to get done, which were extremely overpriced. read more

I'm not one to give a 5 star rating to a national chain store but this Staples location DESERVES it! This place is never crowded and the customer service is, without exception, off the charts. Really, it's top notch! Imagine a business that remembers the golden rule of the service industry: "the customer is always right." I had an interaction with the manager recently that honestly blew me away. I was in tears over a printer that quit working and although the return window had long passed, he was SUPER kind and helpful and worked to resolve my problem. I can't sing the praises of this Staples enough. These guys ROCK! If you need any office supplies in Park City, go to Staples. The prices aren't the cheapest around but the customer service is unbeatable. The employees here have made me a customer for life. read more

If I could put no stars, I would. Be so careful when purchasing electronics from the store I paid $400 for a printer and then purchased the extended coverage that the sales person pitched to me. After five weeks of use, this HP 7740 printer began to miss entire blocks from documents requiring countless hours of re-printing and re-reading entire loan packages to make sure they were whole. I finally got someone on the phone to discuss a replacement or a return and I was met with, " you only have 14 days, you'll have to go through HP first, I am sorry I don't know what to tell you, your extended service guarantee does nothing." It does nothing except provide false peace of mind. The staff is awful at this store. Stay away from it. read more

This is a qualified 4 star. I went online and reserved a cooling fan. The process sent me an email that I could pick it up later in the day. I arrived and they had no clue how the process worked. They did end up finding the item I wanted on the shelf, but if they only had one, I would have been out of luck if somebody bought it. The next day I received a notice that I had to pick it up that day, or it would be restocked, so they didn't clear out the request either. All that said, there was no store along the entire Wasatch Front that carried the PC components they do. So, they get four stars for that. read more

I have always had a good experience at this store. Its hard to find good help in Park City, and the employees here always seem to be in a good mood and very helpful. In today's world you can't expect the same level of service you received before the pandemic, but at this store, the people who are there are respectful and do a good job. read more

Ok. most Staples rank like a 1 to me in terms of customer service but I am seriously shocked by how great the sales person was in the copy/print desk here. I had to come back to Staples twice in one day and spent at least 2 hours combing over print samples to get them right and when they were she made sure they were exactly the way they were supposed to look..She was super patient even though she was super busy with other customers. I appreciate my lady (whom I will have to edit this draft with her actual name) who spotted an error on my receipt made by another teller! Saved me over $50, when she could have just not said anything. Printing here isn't cheap, if you are only doing black & whites or greyscale than it actually it. .10/.11 cents as opposed to the .13 I was quoted at another store. Printing laserjet color on 28lb stock paper costs .59/cent and .50cents on 20lb stock paper. She enrolled me in their Business Discount Program, level Blue so I saved even more! Super quick note to say "Thanks". My son needed to print off some homework, the library was closed and as a last resort we went to Staples. The GM was kind enough to help us out, it was Superbowl Sunday and " above the call of duty". Thanks again and you have customers for life. read more

Staples in Park City is awesome! We needed to print up some programs for a funeral and Brienne went above and beyond anything I would expect from a big box store. She really made a difficult time for our family a little easier. Thank You. read more

This is my local Staples. I shop here on a regular basis, but here is why I'm shopping more and more on-line. I purchased a laptop cooling pad and paid a couple dollars more than the cost on-line just for the convenience. After a couple of hours, the fan became unbearably loud--Targus Single Fan Cooling Pad. I took it back to Staples, but the manager told me I can't return it without the box, because she can't send it to the warehouse without a box. I had the receipt and the product was defective, but I can't return it without the box (not to mention that it didn't originally come in a box, but a hard plastic shell). There is no policy stating this, neither on the receipt nor on the website. When I called Customer Service, they weren't aware of this policy and simply said; try returning it to another Staples store. This is requiring way too much of my time and effort. This is such an unusual story in today's world. I'm shocked. read more

Do not buy a computer there if you want service. They do not honor the manufacturers warranty. My computer (bought there) was crashing every 10 minutes and was only two months old. Their policy is to charge you $70 just for the diagnostic regardless of the computers age. Any fix would be extra. Also they do not tell you that they do not honor the warranty when buying the computer. Their suggestion when you have problems if for you to send it back to the manufacturer. Buyer beware read more

Great customer service! Fantastic parking, good selection, and more than anything-- responsive customer service. Here is what I wrote to management when I purchased a printer and my order got complicated but was handled well. "Miguel Chavira at Park City store #0835 was exceptionally helpful, resolved confusion, and handled my complicated order with the best customer service possible. I came in frustrated that I had accidentally pre-paid for an order at a different store. I was tired, in a rush, and could easily have left-- instead his great customer service, adaptable personality, and attentiveness left me happy with my purchase-- I even purchased an additional 4 items! He employed a significant discount on one of the less expensive items because what I thought I ordered was not in stock, it helped both of us and I am very happy with my purchase.
