Spencer came out for a site visit on June 9. After giving a quote of price and time they told us to give them a logo and they'd have it done in 6 weeks. Two weeks ago I called them and a receptionist answered and then hung up on me. Didn't think it was a big deal, just got disconnected. Then I called back 4 times and left a voicemail. No response. I called back the next day, no response. Finally I called on the third day and they answered and the receptionist had me email a sample to them. I emailed it twice and then sent a follow up email a week later and haven't heard back since. Not great customer service and zero initiative given on their part. We're going somewhere else for our signs.

I got the online order through, I got a call first thing in the morning and then they delivered my order to the location I needed the material at for a nominal fee. All the items were there prior to my client checking into his hotel. It was solid service all the way around. Timely, professional and dependable, rare in today's world.

Over the past few weeks, I have visited this location multiple times to print on a specific type of sticker paper that I have used successfully on three prior occasions. Each time, the process was quick and straightforward, typically taking less than five minutes. However, during my most recent visit, I encountered an unexpected difficulty. The employee on duty was unable to complete my printing request and instead advised me that I needed to place an order. This process took approximately ten minutes to fill out and complete, which was quite different from my previous experiences which took less than 5 minutes to print these items and complete the check out process. The employee stated he has only been working there 2 weeks and that he didn't know what to do. He was the only employee working from Friday night through the entire weekend. I was instructed to return the following day after noon to pick up the order. When I returned, I was informed that the order had not been processed because the staff was unsure how to verify the paper type. While I understand that technical issues can arise, I found the situation quite disheartening, especially given the limited options available in Park City for printing services. I value Staples as a brand and have appreciated its convenience in the past; however, this experience has understandably diminished my confidence in the reliability of the service at this particular location. I asked to speak with the manager and the manger refused to address a customer issue- all around poor customer service. I don't foresee this last Staples location lasting much longer as their poor customer service will be the end of their demise.
