Do not use them! They lose packages, even though Stacey Fry signs for them and you have proof. They claim you have picked it up. They have a terrible tracking system which doesn't exist. Absolutely do not use them or trust Stacey Fry with anything. Number 1: we were using them for years and noticed how disorganized they are. Finally an issue happened and she sent a case of our wine with someone else or lost it or drank it. She blamed us and said we picked it up. We did not. No signature for receiving in. After a massive fight, Stacey decided to not notify of us of any of our recurring shipments coming in. She then would sit on the wine for a month and then return to sender. We figured this out through UPS and FedEx. It took a month for her to return to sender and then weeks on the truck. Now we have to deal with our favorite vineyards for possibly destroyed wine simply because she doesn't like us. I think anyone would be frustrated by the loss of wine and being told that we were lying about it. And then be nasty and return wine just because you don't like someone. read more

Driving across country and found ourselves with too much stuff. Suzanne was very helpful in getting us the right boxes and shipping to lighten our load. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, I highly recommend this store if your in the area. read more

The owner is really rude. Refused to give a receipt for a labelled package that I needed to return--she was too busy to print one out for me. Ordered me to take a picture of the package sitting on the counter for proof that it was returned. Called 1-800 GoFedEx who said that she's required to give a receipt for packages left and that a photograph of the package sitting on the counter wouldn't qualify a customer for an insurance claim if the package was lost or stolen. This place is really great....if you like wasting money. I was in town for a few days for business, and needed to ship some things. I made three trips to the store. What I discovered was a place that OVERCHARGES for everything. For example, a 12x12x12 box at Wal-mart (just a few hundred yards from here) costs 67 cents. At Shipping +Plus, you'll pay $5.00. Same quality of box. Want a slightly bigger box? $8. No kidding. I had to ship an unusually-shaped item. It was already well-wrapped in bubble wrap: all I needed was a box. I brought it , and the clerk asked me if I wanted them to ship it for me. I said no, I just needed a box. As soon as I told her that I'd take care of the shipping myself, her attitude turned less than helpful. She brought out a box and set it on the counter and said, "That'll be $8 plus tax." I opened up the box and pointed out that the box was way too big and that my item would get knocked around in such a box. She said, "Well, you can cut it down." I asked her what that meant and she looked at me as if I were a complete idiot. All she wanted me to do was pay for the box and get out. I tried to tell her that I didn't understand what "cut it down" meant. She just ignored me. I was in a hurry and I needed to get my item shipped, so I asked her what it would cost me to get it "cut down", and she said, "around $8." I said OK just to get it done. A few minutes later she came back with my item in a patched-together box, and charged me over $17 for her "packing" and for the box. I asked the clerk if she could give me a piece of tape to attach the mailing label to the box. She rolled her eyes at me and said, "they'll give you tape at the post office." Unbelievable. I had just spent over $17 at her store, and she couldn't be bothered to give me a piece of tape? I wouldn't recommend this place. The customer service here is relatively unfriendly, and the prices are beyond exorbitant. read more

I know you pay more for full service, as you do a lot of places. You can package yourself and then have it shipped here too. We were on a road trip and needed to send an item back to a manufacturer so we could resolve an issue and did not have time to do it before we left. Stacey helped us so much with getting It packaged right and sent. It was a hard item to get shipping right and we needed help with getting it labeled and confirmed for receipt via email, and she got it done with ease and quickly so we could get on our way with confidence it was done right. Sometimes you have to pay a bit more to be sure things are done right and Stacy was so cheerful and competent we felt it was worth it.
