I have called about 10 times and never get anyone to answer, not even to say that they were busy and needed to place me on hold or anything. This is the WORST UPS location. I have dropped off the same package to them TWO different times…read morenow. Each time making sure the store places the hazardous material/dangerous goods sticker on it due to it being a laptop... both times it has been sent back to me missing this label and the 2nd time (today) I received it back with a 6-8 inch hole in the box... this is a LAPTOP. When I called the store the person who answered was beyond rude. She couldn't tell me when the manager would be in so that I could go over this with him because he has "stalker" issues. She also said that they will NOT do anything about the hole in the box because it isn't a concern of hers/theirs. This location is beyond a joke!

I purchased a pair of heated socks and heated pants and was never clearly warned that shipping could cost hundreds of dollars. After my package arrived, I was shocked to see shipping quotes ranging from over $200 to nearly $500. To make matters worse, I spent more than two hours with customer support, following instructions and paying the requested fees, only to be told afterward that my shipment could not proceed. Information was provided little by little, often only after I had already completed the previous step. The customer service was equally frustrating. Responses were short, cold, and lacked any real effort to help. Instead of feeling supported, I felt like I was constantly chasing answers. I understand that international shipping can be complicated, but transparency, communication, and customer care should not be. Unfortunately, my experience with Shipito was the opposite. I hope the company improves its communication and customer service because no customer should have to go through this level of frustration to ship a simple package.

Anyways that's for another review. They ladies in this location are the sweetest and helpful team! They got what I needed in one go! Amazing!! I didn't print what I needed yet because the cost was a little higher for our budget but I know where to go next time. You can tell they really care about their customers. They know them by name.
