Today I got a call and they told me to come back and pick up the box or pay another $26.75 to send it. When I went in to talk to the manager, he wouldn't come out, but sent out some young girl that helped me earlier today and said he would give me a 15% discount. It was my fault that I okayed for them to send it with an incorrect address. Most stores the manager will come out and try to explain not this store. I will never send anything with UPS again!!!! I have never met an employee here who wasn't quick and efficient, kind and helpful, and very customer-oriented. I've come in with stacks of boxes and they got me in and out in a matter of minutes. I've rushed in 2 minutes before closing and they happily helped me get my packages shipped. I highly recommend using this location! TIPS & TRICKS: * Be on high alert in this parking lot, it's a shared lot and there are always some crazy older ladies who are dang gems, mind you; but nevertheless, who act like they are training for the next Daytona 500. * Although these employees are about as highly trained as a master athlete would be--if you want a pleasant experience, don't forget to do your part. Print off your return slips beforehand and grab some boxes, you'll make your day a lot easier if you put in a little extra effort.
