All the kids working here (they're young, I'm not!) are very friendly and helpful, and will go out of their way to give you better information if needed. They're usually busy yet don't have the "motor vehicles" type lines the other place always has-- the staff is fast and keeps things going quickly. They also have no problem with the AAA and AARP discounts that UPS stores are supposed to offer. At the other store, I had a clerk flatly tell me "she never heard of that"-- with a sticker mentioning both right in the doorway! This location adds it on cheerfully and promptly, and doesn't treat me like a liar when I mention it! That doesn't sound hard but it's a big thing when you've had the opposite experience.
