Initial experiences at Post Mart were excellent if you get the younger man who works there. Seems to be the son of the establishment owner. But I am shaking from rage as to what just happened to me with the owner of Post Mart (the lady with the glasses) I came in 15 minutes before close (Dec 31st 2022) with one large box. To ship to the UK. Long story short, I normally get shown the screen to see all available prices and quotes from UPS, FedEx and USPS. But on this occasion, the woman was short and snappy with me and quoted me roughly $650 by DHL & Fedex (she didn't even quote a UPS price). I asked for a USPS price and she said "the box is too big". I didn't question her and just said I'll split up the boxes and come back in a few days. I knew she was lying as I have shipped bigger boxes via USPS through a USPS store. I got home and checked USPS and my 18.5lbs 18"x12"x8" box was completely within the limits and would have cost $148 with $1500 insurance (Dec 2022 prices) priority mail. Fedex quoted $530.33 for the exact same day. So the lady not only lied about USPS not taking the box but she was about to steal $100 from me by over charging for a private courier service without showing me the screen to prove the prices were actually accurate. Also she must think I'm stupid because she only quoted me one price from DHL and Fedex when I know that UPS was also an option and that there are multiple options for varied prices, yet she only listed me a pumped up version of the most expensive services. I guarantee there were other cheaper options. You may be asking yourself, "How can she be so rude and try to defraud customers and pocket the difference without consequences?" Well the answer is that she owns the two store Post Mart franchise. So there are no consequences. The young man will do anything to help you out, but my trust is completely gone after what the owner just tried to pull on me. Totally outrageous behavior. I HIGHLY doubt she will reply to this because she knows exactly what she did and there seems to be little interest in the other magazine feedback this abysmal place has received. You should be ashamed of yourself and just because you hate your job it does not mean your justified in ripping people off. Avoid unless you enjoyed getting mugged off to just ship a box.

This post office, especially on Saturdays, is the most rude and incompetent staff I've encountered…read more One employee cussed at me when asked if they had a secondary place to drop prepaid parcels since the self- service roll bin was locked (again!) saying "no you can effing wait in line like everyone else" and the other people in line said that employee has been rude the same way to everyone else he'd helped so far that day. They disappear during open hours and still leave the bin locked even though this is supposed to be the only 24 hour self-service location in the area. The staff is unbelievable how condescending they are and they brush you off every time you might have a questions. While in line, I heard an employee talking down to an ethnic customer trying to get his passport and was not helpful or understanding to him at all. Go to the Orem center street location instead! they are always nice but they don't have the 24 hour self service. I've contacted USPS multiple times to notify about the rude service and the self service issues that happen even during the hours the post office is supposedly open and nothing has changed and they reply with "thanks for the info" and not even an apology. Today, Yet again, I went during the hours of operation and the roll bin was locked and no employees were to be found and another confused customer said to me "yeah I've come back 3 times today to drop off my package and it's been locked all day". No surprise there but it's unacceptable.

Every time I come to pick up my mail there's no sneaking in under the radar as someone is always going to say hello and goodbye, some of the employees know your name, lots of parking, they take Amazon returns etc... on top of the mailbox they provide shipping services, mailing supplies etc. easy peezy!

I've used this business twice; once to spiral bind some old copies of Chopin sheet music and once…read morefor lamination. Both times I felt like they either didn't want to listen or that they didn't put much care into their work. The first visit, some of my music wasn't lined up correctly when put through the hole puncher (see picture). Now they can't be properly bound and the edge is shredded. I didn't notice it when I picked it up as I had several stacks of music, and they just charged me all the same and never mentioned the mistake. I was disappointed. The second time I stopped in, I needed to laminate a bunch of cards. They grabbed them as soon as I said the word "laminate" and headed for the machine without letting me explain. Fortunately, I saw what they were doing and I stopped them before they could send them through. She was preparing to do the job with really light weight plastic, but what I needed was a really stiff card. When I tried to tell her, she didn't seem to want to listen and tried to convince me to just do it her way. I ended up just asking for my cards back and going 1/2 mile south to the FedEx/Kinkos. They did exactly what I needed and it cost 1/4 what I was quoted at this place. I like supporting independent shops, but only if I can get similar service and prices as the big guys. I don't feel like that's been my experience here, so I'll probably take all my business to FedEx from here on out.

Jillian (hope I have her name right), made suggestions that didn't cost more but made the project easier & more complete. She did it with a smile, didn't rush us & had it ready in plenty of time. I live in Taylorsville and pass quite a few copy centers but I would go to NOT JUST COPIES no matter where I lived! I totally recommend them. They deserve TEN STARS!! Had a project this weekend & NOT JUST COPIES came through for me again!!! I called late Saturday afternoon. I needed color copies, cut & laminated. I got an email saying my order was ready just after 5 pm. They look perfect & I wish I could give Kristine a big tip for going about & beyond especially during this crisis!! I wish I could give them 10 stars!!!
