Bad Apple had it in stock and didn't require an appointment, and since we're both busy this really helped. We were in and out in about an hour and the new battery works fine. Pluse, they did a little tuning on my own iPhone and didn't even charge for that. Highly recommended, especially Caleb there!

While in Provo Utah on an RV trip, my Galaxy phone's USB port would not hold the cable. I happen to see CPR repair and I walked in, expecting to pay a lot of money for a replacement USB port as well as a battery. I was greeted by Nasato who checked to see if the necessary parts were in stock and he took my phone to Rylee, the phone tech. Five minutes later, both Nasato and Rylee came from the back and informed me that the only thing wrong with my phone was a dirty USB C port. Rylee cleaned it out and my phone works flawlessly. What I appreciate the most is that these two guys were honest and efficient. They could have sold me repairs and parts that I didn't need and I would be none the wiser. Totally recommend this business because nowadays, honest repair people are rare as unicorns.

Three weeks later, I called to follow up, and they said they had decided to stop fixing laptops so they could focus on phones. I can understand narrowing the scope of your business, but they should've at least fixed the laptops they still had because simply deciding not to fix something you said you would fix for any reason other than it not being fixable is just terrible business. And at least if they weren't going to do that, they should've called me and told me what was going on so I wouldn't have to keep waiting. To be fair, they did say they had tried to call me one specific day a week and a half in, but I checked my phone's history and I didn't receive a call from them that day. They might have dialed the wrong number, which is understandable, but they should've made more than just one attempt, and I'm pretty sure they had my email as well. Obviously, I realize this exact thing probably won't happen again, but it is definitely possible that they will treat your situation carelessly the same way they did mine.
