I was greeted by Nasato who checked to see if the necessary parts were in stock and he took my phone to Rylee, the phone tech. Five minutes later, both Nasato and Rylee came from the back and informed me that the only thing wrong with my phone was a dirty USB C port. Rylee cleaned it out and my phone works flawlessly. What I appreciate the most is that these two guys were honest and efficient. They could have sold me repairs and parts that I didn't need and I would be none the wiser.
