After reaching out, they missed their first scheduled appointment, and came an hour late to the next one. They picked up my TV and I hadn't heard anything for over a week. After following up with poor customer service, they told me my TV was broken and I had to go through the whole process again to get it replaced. They never told the manufacturer or anything to simplify the process. Terrible experience and extremely unhelpful.

Saved my Microwave!!!…read more My microwave bit the dust, it is a GE micro convection combo an expensive unit and is 12yrs old, I called GE, they were like "it a minimum $100 bucks just to send someone out to diagnose :/ I said OK send somebody out, guy comes out and tells me it's a $600 fix :( said I was better off getting a new one?! A new one is now $700! I called Keiths, they said bring it in and we will look, they diagnosed it, fixed the computer board that had gone bad for a $100, works like brand new!
