From the cutest kids toys, to a huge board game selection and cool and rare candy. Plus the coolest (and most aesthetically pleasing) wall of vintage and unique-flavored soda bottles. The children built and raced cars in their track, built a Minifigs, and then a small LEGO kit. The staff were extremely helpful and patient, guiding and managing the kids through the activities. The store is nice and clean. They had paper plates, utensils, matches, and other items parents tend to forget. Kudos again to the staff for being so easygoing and accommodating.

I got two darling shelves for my Nieces who just moved into new homes for under $50. It's a great place to find something for those who have everything. I used to hit up the FYE back in the DVD days, but haven't gone in one since Obama's first term. So imagine my surprise when I'm rolling through the Provo Mall to see an FYE. Stunned. When I went in, it was much different than I remember. The DVDs and CDs were mostly relegated to the bargain bins. FYE's reason for survival quickly became clear: The most voluminous collection of Pop! Funko in the entire mall; a gigantic Rick & Morty display in the front; enough pop culture t-shirts to clothe an army; DC and Marvel comic clothes and collectables, vinyl records and cool turntables; and Pop Sockets (accessories for the back of cell phones). They've really found a way to stay competitive with the other pop culture stores by having "exclusives", such as the Batman/Aquaman 2-pack, and Pennywise (with teeth) from "It", and Jimmy Hendrix burning his guitar at the Monterrey Pop Festival. I put the word "exclusives" in quotes as you can get them on Amazon; however, even those have the FYE label on them. The "For Your Entertainment" of FYE has changed a bit, away from the movies themselves and rapidly toward the clothes we wear and the collectibles we display long after we see the film. I get the distinct feeling that the new, evolved FYE is here to stay.

We have found that employees in general and even those working in specific areas (such as produce) are helpful when we ask them questions. There could be more cashiers sometimes to reduce the lines, but it is a very crowded store.

Here she is telling me that I can't take a picture of her in a public place as a staff member of the store I was trying to purchase an item from. She was abrasive and unprofessional.

We love nutcrackers made from Germany and this store is the store you go to for this. We started collecting these over a decade ago and they have a great collection! Items don't seem fully organized, but you do find them (for the most part) in the right category where they belong. They sometimes have a monthly coupon you can use for 25% off of one item you just have to time it right if you're planning on getting a big purchase from here it's sometimes worth it to look for that coupon online or sign up on their email list to get the additional savings. Located in a somewhat deserted plaza, but easy to get access to. Sometimes you do only one to two employees max. One is in the office and the other is by the register, so it may feel somewhat deserted or understaffed. Overall, it's the same feeling you get when you go to stores like these, it can be a hit and miss, but once in a while, you will find a treasure or a gem, or a hard to find item here.
