This is not my favorite target, as they only hold so much product! This is a very small target, and it doesn't have a lot of decor items that are available in the Orem store. Miranda is a power trip manager that is absolutely ridiculous. Everyone avoid this store at all cost. We tried to buy some Disney Lorcana cards. As we're walking up, she rudely tells us that there's a limit of 5. It said that nowhere. We had four of us and so we were going to just each of us by five individually. She then angrily adds that it's five per group. Very rude and power-hungry. She's the type that wears a mask by herself in her car. Here she is telling me that I can't take a picture of her in a public place as a staff member of the store I was trying to purchase an item from. She was abrasive and unprofessional. read more

Cutest, tiniest, little Target ever. It's so small!!! I walked in, and I was like...."Huh?!" It's seriously so small. But they do a great job of filling their space up with the essentials! This location is new, so everything still looks very nice. They have cool lighting, and it's very clean. I came here for 2 reasons: masks and macaroni and cheese. They have super cute face masks by Universal Thread that have pretty designs and are lightweight. And they have lots of options of boxed mac and cheese. I purchased "Good Gather" brand, which is non-GMO and organic! And it was only $1.49 a box! I'm excited to try it. Fun location! Don't come here expecting as many options as your typical Target, but don't keep the small size from deferring you! read more

Yesterday I had a few specific things I needed to get from Target and was planning to drive the extra 15 minutes out to the Super Target in Orem. On my way out, I passed this place and decided to stop in just for fun and see if they actually had what I needed. Because this Target is smaller, I was very skeptical that they would have what I needed since they only have room for the basics, but decided to give them a shot. This Target BLEW ME AWAY! They had everything that I needed and more! And not only that, because it is smaller and newer it is SIGNIFICANTLY more put together and organized than a big Target. Easier to find stuff, not so cluttered, and still has everything you need. It still has that Target magic of even having things you didn't know you needed until you got there. ;) PLUS it doesn't take you 20 minutes to walk from one side of the store to the other. I will always stop here instead of heading all the way out to Orem from now on. read more

I'm so happy to finally have a Target closer to me! I know it's smaller, but they really do have a lot of stuff...especially when it comes to things a college student would need, which is why they call it the "BYU Target". The main section that is significantly smaller is clothing. Overall though, I was impressed with how much they fit in. I really like the feel of this store. It's fresh and clean, and the glass windows on the front give it a modern look that I really like. The workers seemed kind and helpful. My main problem with this Target is that it's a pretty big pain to get to and get out of. This area was already one I try to avoid because it's between two very busy roads and there's a ton of people going in and out everywhere. Honestly because of this I probably won't go that often... But I am glad that if I do need something I have an option. read more

I can't begin to describe how excited I was to find out a neighborhood mini-Target would be placed on State Street in Provo. I haven't been impressed with the selection at the Orem Target, so oftentimes I skip out on Target purchases and shop elsewhere because Orem is too far to drive for a sub-par experience. This small neighborhood Target, however, has what you need! A $3 section, office supplies, food, cosmetics, cleaning supplies, home decor/organization, and toys fill the store. The employees are always upbeat and happy to be there. It doesn't have EVERY item you're seeking, but it does the job. THIS TARGET IS THE BEST!!! I went in with pretty average expectations, I thought I'd be able to find a select few items but still have to drive up to Orem to really get what I need, but no!! As a mom and a college student I was able to find everything I needed. I think that this smaller target is even preferable to the large target in Orem. My husband says "It's target without all the random stuff you don't need." While I don't completely agree with that, it is much more organized and has more of the basics rather than more obscure items, which is nice when you're looking for something. I felt that the only sections that were heavily compromised were the clothing, shoe, and book sections. Obviously there weren't huge TVs or big furniture, but there was still furniture, home decor, and many electronics! I know I still will make the journey up to the Orem super target occasionally for bigger or more specific items, but for now this target fulfills all my baby, food, and household item needs. I wish they would make this Target just a little bit bigger. It's too tiny to keep stocked. I was there acouple of days ago looking for christmas decor. What I saw really floored me. 3 or 4 tiny table decorChristmas trees and that was just about it. Seriously, they have the population to do a bigger store. Maybe not a Super Walmart....The student population is large enough a long with Young Married couples. Target really needs to do an assessment and remodel their store. Coming from Texas this is the tiniest store I have yet seen. They are always "Out of Stock" I hate to drive to another store because it wastes gas, my time to only get there and they are out of stock too. Come on Target and UT. read more

This Target is exactly what every Provo college student or small family could hope for! The store has really intelligently prioritized the sections of the store in order to maximize space and make it a really convenient one-stop store for most food items, any health/beauty supplies, women's clothes, entertainment, and home essentials. Here's what you can expect: -The food selection is pretty comprehensive but fresh produce is not usually great. If you ever wonder what they have, it's super easy on the app-you just search for any product, select in stock in Provo, and it even tells you exactly which aisle you can find it in, or else if it's just not in stock. -There are tons of board games (more than the Orem target)! And lots of legos and kids toys. The one entertainment thing this location doesn't have that Orem does is puzzles. -The electronics section is pretty well optimized as well. You'll find plenty of basic phone needs, as well as video games and things like that. -Although there's basically no men's clothes, the women's clothes section is pretty big. You won't find very specific things like a maternity section, but there's athletic and a decent selection of things like bras and swimsuits in the summer. -As a unique added perk to this location, there are often free samples of things like lotion by the main doors! -The bathrooms are always so clean and spacious. Whether you're shopping at this target or any other, you NEED the app: in addition to finding if items are in stock and where they are in the store, if you scan the barcode or items, you often can get extra discounts, and when you're on the Circle rewards, you get 1% back on everything. It's super easy to see in the app and to apply that cash back on whatever purchase you want to. read more

It's handy to have so close, but I definitely wouldn't shop here if I didn't have so many target gift cards from my wedding. They don't have a lot of the grocery basics that we need like regular carrots, big bags/blocks of cheese, ground beef (unless you want to buy one pound at a time), but it's good for a quick trip for a few things. Once my gift cards are gone I doubt I'll ever buy groceries here, because it's expensive, but it's really great for right now. read more

I went to this Target because I found that they had the only toy my soon-to-be 10-yr. old wanted for his upcoming birthday. I paid for it at the counter, but it didn't fit in any of the bags they had & my son was in the car waiting. The cashier offered to take a bunch of their red bags and tape them around the box so that my son wouldn't be able to see what his gift was. This is such a cute Target! Stopped by for the first time recently, and was blown away. The selection is kinda meh (except for grocery--there's a lot there), but it has all the essentials you could need! Parking is a little tight, but it's not Target's fault; that's just the shopping centre. The self-checkout space is also a little crowded as it shares a space with a regular checkout too. I was really impressed by the amount of groceries and home goods this store has--it's perfect for college students. Overall, pretty impressed with this little Target! read more

This Target shouldn't be called Target. They only offer about a quarter of what a normal Target would offer. They also don't accept returns unless you bought them from that specific Target. Super disappointing to pull up to this store and won't return. read more

The emoyees were wearing masks and were being safe for covid. One employee was very rude. She is one with the price changes. I saw her 2 days in a row and she was rude both times! I saw her in the women's jewelry both times. I asked a question and she answered rudely. The next day I was there with my niece and I said let's go to the wrapping paper. She eavesdropping on the conversation and said they don't have wrapping paper. I wish I would have got her name. read more

I love going to target! I've shopped at this location a few time since it opened because it's close to my house and every time I've had bad experience with the staff. They aren't very kind and seem inconveniences when you have questions or are asking for help. I work in the costumer service industry and I'm really unimpressed. Do not order online to pick up in store! Horrible experience. I ordered and paid for 2 IPod Touch's for my kids for Christmas on Monday. When I ordered online it said I would receive an email when it was ready. Immediately I received a confirmation of my order, and it said that it was processing. I didn't receive any notifications Tuesday or Wednesday, so Wednesday I called the store to find out what was going on. The girl at customer service said she couldn't find my order so it was still processing in the back, and that I would receive an email when it was ready. Thursday morning (the next day) I received a confirmation for pickup. Then 30 minutes later I received an email saying that it was my last chance to come and get it because it was supposed to be picked up by Wednesday? So I went over, but it was Thanksgiving so of course they were closed, and the sign on the door said they would open 7am on Black Friday. So I choose the option on my email to delay pick by one day... Friday morning Target sent me an email that my order had been canceled for failure to pick up on time, and that it would take 1-3 business days for the payment to go back on my card?!? Fuming, I looked back online to see current availability. Shipping to my home was no longer available, and the only 2 available for pickup in my area were the two I had originally purchased... not wanting to miss out I moved some money around, and by the time I was ready to purchase again, one of the 2 had already been sold! So I took my business to Walmart.com and had no problems picking up my order same day. It was well worth the extra $10, plus the 2 year protection plans were only $16 per device. Target wanted $59 per device! So I actually saved money, and had a good experience by going to Walmart instead. read more
