I especially loved that they had a variety of easy, affordable items spread throughout the shop, such as gumball machines for different cards or 3 for $10 deals. If you're just getting started in collecting or vinyl this would be a great first stop and the staff can definitely steer you in the right direction. I stopped by just to peruse and the staff was super friendly and eager to help out, honestly I recommend Platinum for the customer service alone because they were awesome and really know their stuff.

I had a very disappointing experience today. I walked the store multiple times trying to find a…read morepicture frame and eventually asked an employee for help. She said staff at her American Fork location are unable to look up or help locate items, even when I showed her the SKU online, and suggested I go to another store instead so workers can help me physically look there. When I asked why no one could help physically look in-store, I was told they were short-staffed and that someone was "at lunch" at 6:15pm At checkout the cashier scanned my ceramic vase and set it on tissue paper. When I asked if it would be wrapped, she gave me a judgmental look and said "that's not going to work" which made it a very unpleasant experience overall

I gifted my husband a gaming session for Christmas and we finally got to attend in February! we…read moreinvited a few friends and played the story telling version. it was a BLAST! we loved how easy it was and how Jim, our DM, adapted the game to our characters choices. it was simpler than traditional D&D, but that made for a very enjoyable one shot. He even left it on a bit of a cliff hanger, so we can resume the story where we left off when we come back! 10/10 experience. My husband and I and our friends loved it from start to finish. we'll definitely go back for another session.
