She said staff at her American Fork location are unable to look up or help locate items, even when I showed her the SKU online, and suggested I go to another store instead so workers can help me physically look there. When I asked why no one could help physically look in-store, I was told they were short-staffed and that someone was "at lunch" at 6:15pm At checkout the cashier scanned my ceramic vase and set it on tissue paper.
