Called ahead to see if they had what I wanted in stock. "Yea we got em all" was their response. Drove 30mins to be told "oh yea I don't think anyone in town has that" well no shit, that's why I called ahead and asked. Fuck this guy and fuck this ***response to the owner's reply I'm sorry I took "we got em all" as you would actually have them all. Maybe talk to your employee to make sure they are explaining things more accurately read more

So I brought my vehicle in to get a sub and amp installed. They had poor customer service while I was there, so after I finally got it all done up the sub and amp quit working right as I got on the freeway headed home from the place so I brought it back in and they just parked it off to the side for an hour or so when they said they would get right on it, got it fixed again and now the amp won't turn off killing my battery, and they won't even try to look at it for another week or so and they were extremely rude about it, saying we don't just have time to fix your stuff, do not take your stuff here they don't back up their work and they do bad work. The amp wasn't even secure down it was just sitting behind the seat. read more

So I thought I had a blown Amplifier and wanted a shop to look at it. I called and made an appointment and this shop actually had the appointment day and time right. That is a plus. The tech took my car in the back and started checking for the problem. After about 30 min he said it was the Amplifier and I should buy one from them. I told them I would just see if its under warranty through kicker. I went to best buy and got the same amp and installed it myself thinking that was the problem. NOPE! sure was not. I later found it to be the RCA wires! The tech never checked a simple thing like this? I thought wires would be the first thing to check as that is basic trouble shooting. I called them back and was told even though I saw my amp was never removed from my car and only a tester was used they said it was on a bench and tested thoroughly. What is one to believe after that? Commencements tells me its all BS! So at this point I have to call BS they just wanted to charge me for an Amplifier I did not need. I mean wow this is the 2nd shop that is going to lose a lot of business for trying to be dishonest. This is my opinion only. Hey they might be an honest shop and the tech might have just missed a some basic troubleshooting. The Manager was cool but I still felt I was in for a ride. I wont be back and I will not recommend this place to any one after this visit! read more

Poor customer service. Refused to refund a gift certificate, which is standard business practice, but i'm fuming regardless. Won't be using this business again, nor will i recommend the company to anyone in the future. I have absolutely no use for a 300 dollar gift card for a car that no longer functions. read more

These guys know about as much as high school kids when it comes to installation. They were rude condescending jerks, and that was the positive. If you want to be talked down to by high school dropouts, sound warehouse is the place for you. My setup was having some issues and they were the guys who installed it. I went and tried to get a diagnosis and they told me they couldn't do anything about it. I came back with a buddy and all they did was give me a fuse and kick me out. Very nice staff. I came in panicking because a diamond necklace of mine had fallen behind the stereo deck. A very nice guy (wish I remembered his name) helped me out and took the dash apart to find my necklace. I was helped in no time at all, and in and out with my necklace back in less than 20 minutes. read more

Honestly I use to be biased to this place. For a long time they helped me and my family with everything we needed. But the past 6 times we have gone into sound warehouse we have been treated VERY poorly. I am not the type to write a review about someone or something that upsets me but this is a constant thing and maybe this will help you guys chose a different option for your sound needs. Me and my brother walked into sound warehouse looking for a new set up for a few subs and an amp. And when we were asking questions about what we would need to purchase or how we were going to set it up, we got VERY passive aggressive comments from a man named Harley. He was being very passive aggressive and rude to us when we were asking questions about the set up. After we got everything figured out, my brother went back to them to buy some subs. When he was checking out, the same employee dropped my brothers subs from shoulder height and then proceeded to tell my brother they were fine and he could check if they were okay BUT he KNEW they were fine. He made it sound Like it was a stupid idea to check them. Personally if my "specialist" dropped My subs and made me feel stupid for wanting to make sure they were okay...id FLIP. but I wasn't there to back my brother up. And then the same employee proceeded to tell my brother that the manufacturer was way harder on the subs then he was. After my brother continued to ask if they could check them the guy aggressively took the first sub out of the box he passively told my brother to look at it and he said "well is it damaged" like he was trying to prove to my brother that he did NOTHING wrong. Then after he opened it he spend 10 min trying to tape the ripped up foam back together my brother insisted that they could stop and it was fine and he sarcastically said "no We are GOING to check the other one." and then my brother just got the subs and left. And a few years ago they forgot to put a screw back into my brothers Panel that was securing his radio in so it was never secured. Poor installation. I know that was a lot but I am honestly so disappointed with the quality of their help. And I know it sounds like not too much but you really had to be there. end story, if you would like to be treated with respect go somewhere else. read more

Absolute rip off. I was quoted $260 to install my sub and amp because "it required a part that is $100" and the labor would take 2 hrs at $80/hr rate. I decided to take my business elsewhere only to find out that the "$100 part" is actually $6 and the labor work would take about 45 min-1 hr. I had the exact same thing done for $56 and everything works wonderful. I will never return nor send anyone I know here for business. read more

Their customer service could be a lot better. I called in because I bought a product on Saturday and installed it on Sunday. When I was installing I saw that the speaker guard for the subwoofer had been dented. I'm 100% sure that it was dented prior to me purchasing. However, since it was on Sunday and they're closed I installed the sub anyway, thinking the guard is just an aesthetic issue. I tried calling a few times on Monday but no one answered. I tried a few more times throughout the week and finally someone answered. I told them what was wrong and asked how we could go about resolving this issue. Not sure who answered but I didn't like the way he spoke to me. He tried to tell me that there is no way the guard could have been dented in the box, which implies that I'm a liar. Well I'm not a liar and the box is cardboard. The subwoofer isn't completely covered in foam, only the top and bottom are secured with foam making it rather easy for the guard to be dented from the side. I didn't feel as though he cared about my issue and so long story short the customer isn't priority so I won't be returning. read more
