I don't understand why he did this because when I went in there and told him someone had sold me a used laptop and had lied about it the graphics card on it he was verbally empathic. Also, when I brought in an item to exchange, they did a return on it instead. So their associates listening skills are not up to standard.

HOWEVER, I have to say that the customer service from Elliot (hope that was his name) was awesome. I brought in my card and gave it to him which he then performed about 20 min of diagnostics. He brought back the card and gave me some ideas on what I might try in order to make it somewhat functional. Really good customer service from this place. Baron and Dustin (awesome tech) their head guy tried to make it right by sticking their necks out for me and they fired baron and won't do anything to fix the issue or even give me an equivalent replacement. PC laptop techs literally broke the keyboard and wasted 12 months of my time "trying" to fix the issue. Meanwhile I had to buy a whole new system to cover me during the ongoing issues. My laprop cost $6,800. Not cheap While they had the computer in their custody the hard drive then fried. Again they won't do anything to fix the issue. Our tech, Cameron, brought our computer back today. Both he and the owner reported that our computer worked fine at the store. As it turned out the chord which connects the computer to the power was broken. It was replaced immediately by the owner, who drove the part to our home. We were not charged for the visit and our computer works very well now. The only concern was the grounding from our wires in the house. (Old house) I am so grateful for the business not giving up on our equipment or us. A personal apology to the business for my original angry review. This is the real one!

It's been that way for roughly 20 years...even before REVO started as a spin-off from "Software & More" there in Holliday. The PC consultant there from Software & More, Jerry, who helped build us our first custom desktop back in the early 2000s started his own company in Cottonwood Heights called REVO Technologies when S&M went out of business. We purchased our second gaming/workstation "Stryker" desktop from him eight years ago...AND a 17" "Falcon" gaming desktop as well for my personal use. Despite a few glitches/bugs here and there, both of these last two PCs have been performing admirably...as we've continued to patronize REVO for upgrades, repair, and tuning. The most recent purchase last week was for my wife's "Stryker" desktop which needed some Win10 tweaks due to some mistakes I made last spring with User Account Control and administrative privileges... oops. I dropped the desktop off with Chris - the repair tech - on Monday last week and by late afternoon he had it finished, updated, cleaned, and working like a top! I paid for the diagnostics/repair ($70) and the tuning/cleaning service ($70) which eliminated all of the nasty dust that had collected on the inside of the tower case. Yuk...but money well spent! We got it back home and the new Canon MF753Cdw color Laserjet All-in-One printer drivers installed perfectly. My wife is back in business! Woo-hoo. As in the past, excellent service from Jerry, Chris, and the pros at REVO. Well done, and again Five Stars for responsive and accurate service.

I recently decided to build a budget gaming PC. I spent weeks going back and forth on the components, watching and re-watching videos, and waited patiently for all the pieces to arrive separately. On build day, I did everything right, but when it came time to power it up...nothing. I spent hours trying to figure it out, taking it apart, watching more videos, and begging AI for solutions. Nothing. The CPU light was was lit up on my motherboard, so at least the problem was narrowed down to a half dozen or so solutions. But nothing I tried worked. I called Compeer Twin Powered Computer Repair and they told me it's usually an issue with RAM (which I checked and double-checked). I decided to hire them and brought in my new computer. I love their office setup, btw. Within the day, they diagnosed the problem (one of my RAM sticks was bad) and got everything working. I've used other PC repair services in the past and always left feeling frustrated and fleeced. These guys were fast, fair, and resolved my issue with 100% satisfaction! They are the best, period!
