If I could give zero stars for this store, I would. We have had the very worst experience with these guys from the beginning. First, they are not an actual T-Mobile store, just an authorized retailer. When we first went in, we thought we were getting excellent service, but come to find out the things we were told were all completely wrong. Were told the phones would be credited back every month and come to find out, since we didn't port in a number, that promotion doesn't apply so we've had to pay out of pocket for free phones every month. When I went in to get it fixed, I was told EACH time, the credit would be on the account, and I have never seen a credit. When you call customer service, they say the only one that can fix it is the store. The store refers you back to T-mobile, or this Matthew kid, who is now the assistant manager, calls and talks to someone then assures you the credit is coming. It's all a lie! The manager, Evan, won't even attempt to fix it, just says there's nothing he can do and feel free to do whatever we need to do like to go elsewhere. I am not the only one they've done this to, I know at least 3 other ppl with the same experience.

There is more than one occasion they were flat out wrong about the promotion we were getting and the bill ended up being much higher than they had told us. This time, I came in to cancel a line and upgrade my device. They quickly told me the only way to cancel a line is to " through 611". Then they just looked at me like I'm supposed to know what that meant. So I had to ask them, and I guess that is their customer service line. I'm not sure if this is a T-Mobile wide thing, or this store just didn't want to help me. But either way, that's ridiculous. At the very least I would have expected something like " the way to do that is through customer service, let's get them on the line now to help you out". After the two team members told me that, they both just stared blankly at me. Like they had asked a question or something. Finally breaking the silence I then asked if Im still able to upgrade my line with them. They got a little confrontational for some reason and said " of course you can, why couldn't you" This was all very strange. I decided to head out and not waste anymore time. In my experience, almost every time I work with a 3rd party store, they are not familiar with current promotions, provide misleading pricing, and don't give accurate information This is a corporate store, and they have never steered me wrong. The technicians at the store were very pleasant. That is the only good thing I have to say…read more I went to the store to have a battery in my android device replaced. The tech said they used new batteries, but that they sometimes got bad batteries from their supplier. So if the battery goes bad, return to the store and they will replace it. The battery failed after 1 week. I returned to the store to get it replaced. The tech opened the phone and said that it appeared that a used battery had been installed. So he installed a new battery per their guarantee. When I picked up my phone, the tech was showing me the battery box that my battery came from to indicate it was new. Right on the box was a big orange sticker that said RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), clearly indicating that this battery had been returned to a supplier and was not new. The second battery failed within 2 weeks. Save yourself some money and find another vendor if you need a battery replacement.
