I had been humiliated there numerous times and treated awful because of my medication. When I needed to find a new place I called around and many wouldn't even accept me as a client because of meds. I called here and was treated amazing and still am. Before with IHC I was often told it would be 5 to 6 hours or the next day because they forgot to order my meds. I started calling in days before to remind them as they instructed me to do and it still kept happening. I was told they refused to fill my medication one time because 30 days wasn't until the next day even though my insurance and Doctor had authorized it for that day. I was leaving town and had to cancel my flight. I even showed them my itinerary. I was told the higher ups told them to do that with certain medications. I was made to feel like an addict in front of other clients. I left there one day crying because I was so humiliated. When I called and talked to the head of pharmacies they told me she did nothing wrong. I am so glad I found this place. The pharmacist is amazing and very nice. He has some amazing items for sale too like nutcracker and I found my favorite lotion there as well. I highly recommend.
