The open box computer I bought had a hardware failure that was diagnosed by geek squad; despite returning the unit for a refund the corporate office refused to refund the full membership cost and gave back less than 50% which they said was pro rated after only 2 weeks with a non-working computer. Do not support this poorly run POS company.

He traded my old TV that didn't work for a smaller tV that he fixed. It kept having line-in-picture issues. I tried contacting him multiple times from Feb until now as I live in the far south valley and work in Provo, so was never able to get to his shop before closing to work out a trade. No return calls after monthly messages, then this past weekend, the phone is out of order. I made it up to the shop on my way to the airport. I was just going to give him back the broken TV and take anything he had that worked in trade. The store windows are covered with blankets , and thru the holes in the blankets, the store is now bare when previously it was full of TVs. they must be out of business, which is an unpleasant surprise. I am out over $300 for the repair and am stuck with a useless TV gave to me in a trade!

They bring drive-up orders out quickly and make returns simple and fast. The organization of some areas of the store, on the other hand, leaves something to be desired, particularly the shoe section. It can be incredibly difficult to find the size and style you want and they seem to have given up on organizing them, but they're there and somewhat near the display shoe. That being said, I'm willing to overlook that and continue to shop at this Target because of the staff. There are several employees that I've seen working here for over two years now, and they're always friendly and kind to me and my family, which I greatly appreciate. Any time I need help they're always eager to assist and happy to help!

I also find that a lot of their employees are pretty scarce on the floor if you need help and relatively un enthusiastic (although there is one girl at the self checkout that's so it's very friendly!)
