I will provide the…read morecondensed version of the details to save everyone some time. 12/31/2019 We show up to switch from Sprint to T Mobile and get new phones 01/03/2020 I show up to grab my new phone, complete the data transfer and live my best life 01/16/2020 I get an email reminder from T Mobile Corporate, reminding me to turn in my old phone 01/17-01/18/2020 I show up to find out what happened to my old phone and we have a very difficult time figuring out what happened to the old phone, who lost it and what can be done. Frustration for all involved. 01/23/2020 We resolve the problem and T Mobile saves the day This was a really frustrating month for me and my phone issues, but after speaking with the Operations Manager a bunch of times and working with the store manager, we were able to get everything worked out and all is right with the situation. In fact, I have to give a ton of credit to the Ops Mgr for the way he handled this. He was super kind, asked a lot of questions and was willing to add on some perks. I don't think he had to do it, but I think he did it because he felt like the situation was so strange and difficult to resolve, that it was important to take care of the customer. As I had mentioned in my first review, everyone that works here is very kind and they know their stuff. It just so happened that my case turned into a really oddball case, of which they had never experienced before. Thanks for making everything right and for putting up with me. I know I am a difficult customer at times.

This may save you taking a new phone home and trying to activate it, then finding it was flashed to Cricket, such as I did. It will also save you from having to call them, being told it can be flashed back, driving back to the store, being told it actually can not, after all, be flashed back and then having to go on the hunt for another phone. Look, mistakes happen and these are very nice people. This kind of mistake can easily happen, but this burned up an hour of my time and while they refunded the phone, I am out the time and the gas and the hassle. They seem pretty knowledgeable and try really hard to be good to work with, aside from that part. Their used phones are a bit more, but they are also generally in very nice condition also. Selection was arguably the best I found in about 5 stores today. They had a 4 star review going until then, but as it is, check them out. Just make sure the phone is checked before you leave the store, unless you live close and/or don't mind maybe going back.

HOWEVER, I have to say that the customer service from Elliot (hope that was his name) was awesome. I brought in my card and gave it to him which he then performed about 20 min of diagnostics. He brought back the card and gave me some ideas on what I might try in order to make it somewhat functional. Really good customer service from this place. Will bring my pc here if there's anything I cannot fix.

Baron and Dustin (awesome tech) their head guy tried to make it right by sticking their necks out for me and they fired baron and won't do anything to fix the issue or even give me an equivalent replacement. PC laptop techs literally broke the keyboard and wasted 12 months of my time "trying" to fix the issue. Meanwhile I had to buy a whole new system to cover me during the ongoing issues. My laprop cost $6,800. Not cheap While they had the computer in their custody the hard drive then fried. Again they won't do anything to fix the issue. The next day the screen starts glitching so I take it back because they said the phone has 180 days warranty before i left. He said once they fixed my phone with my motherboard the "offers" are voided and should have been informed because all sales are final. They wouldn't open it up to see if it's on their tech. Kept giving me offers on buying another phone from them insisting it's my part. No info on their warranty either. Becareful and ask tons of questions, spent $250 only to use first phone they told me I needed to buy for the simple motherboard swap.
