They came out the same day I called, did moisture testing, pulled back carpet, opened Sheetrock, and set up a dozen or more fans and evaporators. The remediation crew laid down paper up the carpeted stairs and across the LVP floor upstairs so that they didn't damage anything. They were prompt, friendly, professional, and had no hidden fees. They were in and put in less than a week. I wish I would have know. After all the recent rainstorms we started seeing mosquitoes in the grass areas at night, one quick call and mosquito squad came out on the next business day and retreated for free. When I called to…read moreschedule an appointment based on the quote that I received, they said that the quote was wrong, that they would not honor it, and that the actual price would be higher. This is after I sent them screenshots of the quote I received showing the price that they quoted. On their website, it says that they will match any written quote - but they won't honor a written quote that they issued? When I pushed back on them not honoring the quote, they would not budge and kept insisting that the actual price would be higher. I guess their quotes don't actually mean anything, even though they do explicitly state that they're valid for 30 days. This is not a company I would recommend. It's seems like they just charge whatever they feel like charging, and won't actually honor quotes that they themselves issued.
