She very efficiently showed me my options and walked me through the process of paying off, unlocking my phone, getting the necessary PINs etc., to facilitate the transfer. It took a day to get our phones unlocked and prepped for T-Mobile. My wife and I went in separately and Keila, Nick and others went through the complex set of tasks to get our phones and watches ported over. These things take time, but they got the job without any issue. They helped with the mobile app and, in short, did the best possible job one could do. I have only had their service for a day, so I cannot comment on that. But if you want to work with some kind, knowledgeable and professional people, this is the place you want to go to!

This was another lie then we were told up front there were no costs but all of a sudden to configure the phone there was a small fee . You could tell the installer was reading from a script .
