But the guy acknowledged us and let us know that he would help us as soon as he was done with the customer he was helping, and he further let us know that it would be a little while longer than normal because the customer ahead of us was shipping a few international packages. A couple of other people came to the door well after we did, and he let them in to get to their mailboxes and one even had a package to send. This guy knows customer service. He also had his adult son working there helping him out, and explained to us that he had just started, so he was still trying to get familiar with everything. The son was also very nice and did his best to help us out. The guy even gave us a discount on a shipping upgrade on one of the packages for the time we had to wait--even though we came in after closing!
