But they ended up selling me a cheap second HP which they installed Office '08 on for me by request. Not sure I received this second one as shown. Might have been given a different one after agreement to purchase. The drivers are a little old, but it works for my outdated files. That's what I wanted. As files age, it becomes tricky to access them. They provided this access. Pretty cool, though, that a couple of kids were back there and maybe got to watch my modern HP (under warranty then) being altered. I promised to give them a good review for their cheap work. That's what I'm doing. I don't really have a complaint now against them. I'm relatively ok with their work. Make sure you have an approved repair shop if your device is under warranty.
