Found this company while looking g for a repair on my son's desk top. After getting a quote from them for 49.99 for a diagnosis, I dropped it off to them. After they diagnosised the problem, I was told that they were charging me 65.99. The repair needed " A windows reinstall " would be an additional 199. Nothing extra was done to cause the up charge. That's just what he wanted. He had my computer and wasn't gonna give it back till I payed that. Creepy and untrustworthy. Note that the 49.99 quote was over the phone. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I purchased a JAILBROKEN firestick with the promise that I would be able to watch NFL Sunday Ticket on his personal app Superior Computers which he charges a monthly fee. His firestick NEVER worked. He blamed it on my network which is 1 Gig per second FIBER OPTIC, which I've had for 20 years. He then tried to send his network guy for $150 PER HOUR to help me fix the issue. I spoke with a Jeremy, and he went through a factory reset with me. After the stick shut off 4 times in our 30-minute conversation, I packaged the firestick and sent it back. I received the firestick with a note that they factory reset the stick. I plugged it back in and within 5 minutes it shut off. I again called Jeremy and his stance was that it was working properly in the store. It does power up but shuts down simultaneously within a few minutes. I've left MULTIPLE messages with Jeremy to have the owner/manager Chad Nay contact me. He hasn't once called, emailed, texted, or communicated with me. This whole fiasco has lasted almost 2 months now and I'm out several hundred dollars. I'm writing this article to ensure that people DON'T get taken by this company. I'm lucky that I didn't buy any computers from them. LOOK AT THE CONTACT, IT SAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one who's been dupped by these guys. It was a mistake to go here to get my very expensive custom gaming pc built and set-up, the techs there not only do not seem to know what they are doing but also are unprofessional and do not seem to care wether they get the job done in a timely manner, there are 4 techs that work there every day plus a guy I saw there once that I assumed was the owner. The tech that was tasked with getting my pc set up was a young man who was still in high school and was only there from 3pm to 6pm each week day, sadly he was not up to the task and I even had to point some things out from the instructions to help him get it built, so instead of having a more experienced tech take over the work on my pc they left him to do it, after waiting over half a month and them still not having my pc finished I decided to go get my pc and bring it to Geek Squad at Bestbuy. Do not waste you time going to these "techs" as there are far better options to chose from. read more

I have tried several times to contact their ASUS Service Manager located at this store I have tried 3 different times to contact this manager to get my laptop fixed under warranty. Each time I call I speak to a Colton who is not very helpful and tells me to call back. This is the third time I have tried to get my laptop fixed. They are bad a providing customer service and indicate it will be a two week turnaround to get anything fixed. They are unwilling to help and not very helpful to customers. I will probably never go back to this store due to their bad customer service. read more

Purchasing a laptop from these guys was one of the worst experiences ever. The machine crumped immediately and when I took it in for service the technician lost my data including pictures and songs. Spot on customer service. There was a lot of customers dropping off and picking up there computers, laptops, and cracked phones but there was plenty of employees ready and waiting to help us all. They were polite and patient while I fumbled my words trying to explain a problem with my computer. The pricing was clear immediatly and I didn't leave wondering what else I was going to be charged for when I went back for picked up. They said 2 to 3 days for completion and it took 48 hrs. The store in Brigham City has given very poor service to a laptop my daughter bought from them. It's taken around six weeks to get a defective motherboard replaced. My daughter had tried repeatedly to get the item replaced. I spoke with them six days ago. Shortly after that they told my daughter the laptop would be repaired and ready midweek. I called a few minutes ago. The motherboard is still not replaced. The salesman wanted to sell her a Celeron laptop for $ 300 instead of one with a comparable I3 motherboard. From what he admitted to me the replacement item is lesser value. Then he tried to sell a more expensive I5 laptop for $550. Sounds to me like an attempt to get more money by selling an expensive replacement. All she wanted was the motherboard replaced, not a bunch of delays and deceptive sales attempts (with me today, I must add). I used to think these guys are OK. I was a loyal customer. With any business these days, I guess it's let the buyer beware! Frankly, the review by Dave H. sounds similar to the experience my daughter and I have had. read more

IF I could give 0 stars I would. My laptop screen broke so they repaired it under warranty. The screen broke again because they used electric tape to hold the connection together! When he went to plug it back in, they fried the motherboard and the screen so they had to order both parts! They had it over a month and replaced the screen with some crappy off brand screen that has a terrible viewing angle!!! They never called to tell me when I would get it, they actually said every week I would get it next week and I actually had to ask for a call when the parts came in. This is a crap repair and a crap company. They've totally devalued my laptop. AVOID REPAIRS HERE...worthless, I should've just done it myself. At least I wouldn't have fried the motherboard. read more

I bought a desk top from the Brigham City store about the time windows xp was discontinued. The computer is pretty good. However the data transfer was pitiful. I didn't get it all transferred in a usable form after two try's I gave up. I am glad I didn't let them recycle my old computer, at least I still have access to my files through the old system. I thought I would be getting microsoft software, but other than the windows operating system I got something called kingsoft. I don't like it. As far as customer service goes I have been in twice since I first bought the machine and both times it seemed like it was a bother for them to help me. After my last experience I have decided I will never darken their door again. There are other places to go and I wouldn't buy a five dollar calculator from this bunch. read more

I really like Chad the owner. He is a very down to earth guy and even take time to put a smile on his customers faces before they leave. I only gave a 3 star, due to the prices. They are not the worst, but not the best either. I am not comparing their prices with Amazon or any other .com business, because on line businesses have no overhead and usually have fewer employees.
