So if you are not happy with the stores service you have no where else to go. I was unhappy with the keyboard that came with my new PC but there is no exchanging it. I would have to buy a new keyboard myself after just paying for this one. Just bought a new computer there and no one told me about the SuperEasyBackup subscription which renews automatically for $239.40 yearly. Be careful of the charge. Call to cancel. I saw this in the very fine print on the bottom of the receipt.

Unsure if they resolved it if it was defective or if it worked and was reinvented anyway into a functional external drive. I had originally asked for it to be installed in the HP. It was not. But they ended up selling me a cheap second HP which they installed Office '08 on for me by request. Not sure I received this second one as shown. Might have been given a different one after agreement to purchase. The drivers are a little old, but it works for my outdated files. That's what I wanted. As files age, it becomes tricky to access them. They provided this access. Pretty cool, though, that a couple of kids were back there and maybe got to watch my modern HP (under warranty then) being altered. I promised to give them a good review for their cheap work. That's what I'm doing. I don't really have a complaint now against them. I'm relatively ok with their work. Make sure you have an approved repair shop if your device is under warranty.

First purchase came to pick up my order unfortunately they had issues with my order and returned it and then told me that I had to repurchase it after they returned it and told me I had to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back so couldn't do what I wanted to do with just picking up my order so I reordered two days later and then once I went to go pick up my order they said that the order is not ready and unfortunately there's nothing they can do but I can again cancel my purchase and pay for it right then and there because the store was closing mind you I was in the store for 45 minutes. The first day there was no apology for canceling my order or any of that information just unfortunately there's nothing we can do over and over again then the next time when they couldn't get my order after 45 minutes they again said unfortunately there's nothing they can do over and over again except cancel my order and repurchase it right then and there I'm sorry but I can't just return $1,000 and pay out of pocket another $1,000 waiting for it to come back into my account 3 to 5 days later this store is BS. Why not take responsibility for the crap trash that you guys are apologize and make it right. Not to mention as well both days I worked with different people so it means that they're culture is not just per one person it's across the board. When I was leaving the second day to get the store manager's phone number The Lost prevention lady is looking around like I don't know grab me a card and hand it to me no phone number just an address ma'am I asked for a phone number.
