That included a $100.00 part. Total ripoff!!! This week by accident I called Dole's and was surprised it was the same company I used 8 years ago. I could not tell you how happy I was. Matt came out (Same as last time) He is so professional, and the prices was very fare too. I will never trust any company but Doyle's.

Matt was pleasant from the greeting and throughout the repairs. He explained in detail what diagnostics he was running and why. Once he had tried tuning everything we needed to wait and see if the problem was resolved prior to buying expensive parts. Once it was determined we needed parts he did the research on the quickest way to obtain them and get it fixed. Superior service with a great attitude from beginning to end. I would highly recommend Doyle's to anyone without reservation. Ethical, honest and a great value.

Outstanding Appliance Installation & Removal…read more I wasn't sure where to start when I started looking for help. Luckily I found Install Express on yelp, and decided to give them a call! Michael and Mike were fantastic to work with from start to finish. They handled both the uninstall and install quickly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. They showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and treated my home with care. They were knowledgeable, professional, and made what could've been a stressful process feel easy. Everything was installed correctly, tested thoroughly, and they made sure I was comfortable with how everything worked before leaving. If you're looking for reliable, skilled appliance installers who actually take pride in their work, I highly recommend Michael and Mike. I'll definitely be requesting them again in the future.

When I hire a service to install a dishwaster with a water line and power right next to where the…read moreappliace will be installed, I expect this service to have all the tools and ability to complete this install. I used this company to install a dishwasher where there is a water line, food disposal, and power right there. The technicians did not have the right connector to hook up the water to the dishwaster and just referred to me hiring a plumber. This greatly infuriates me, when you are a service installing appliances you should have many methods available to you to hook up the water line. Never again.

They had been overall nice so I didn't make much of that; and didn't want to get bogged down in negative feelings on an already stressful day. I tipped them and gave good reviews for that day. But then when my items arrived in IL a few weeks later, I came to find out that they loaded without consideration to my belongings, scratching and damaging small items and completely breaking my West Elm entertainment console. When I tried to reach them to get money back to replace the item, they initially pretended like they would fix the issue. But then proceeded to ghost me. It was such an overwhelming & expensive move, made worse by this company. I would recommend avoiding having them help move. It's not worth the headache. Several other things were frustrating but focusing on my biggest concerns with them.

He arrived at the early part of the communicated arrival window and he was kind enough to notify me by text when he was on his way. When I explained my issue on the phone initially, he had told me that he would probably not be able to fix the problem. I understood that there is a charge for the visit. Sure enough, when he arrived, he quickly determined that he would not be able to resolve my issue. In hindsight, it would have been very helpful if he would have asked the model number of my fridge on the call to determine for sure if it was something that could not be fixed before we scheduled the visit. To be completely fair, Mike was upfront and transparent about everything from the beginning. I scheduled the visit knowing full well that there was a good chance he was going to tell me that he couldn't fix my issue and that there is a charge for the visit. I will try again with my next appliance issue and I'm confident Mike will earn the fifth star.
