Conrad is amazing. They should be proud to employ someone with such integrity. I have used Yard Masters services (Conrad, in particular) twice. They promptly respond to service requests. Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... But he said I had paid for an hours-worth of service; & he was going to give it to me! He dug out sprinkler heads. Replaced sprinkler heads. Did a checkup on the entire system. I was so impressed. What a great company. read more

Mower is petty, unprofessional, and childish. I have multiple videos of them spending up to five minutes mowing around an unmowed patch of nothing and intentionally leaving long patches in the lawn. Occasionally there will be dog poop in the patches they leave. Often, not. I have lived in this HOA for 5 years, and it is the same story every single week without fail.... So at least they're consistent , I guess. Only hire them if you want ridiculous work that they will not be fixed upon request. I wouldn't hire them if you payed me to read more

After posting my review, the owner, Bryce Wade, texted me personally. At first, he said he was "concerned" and wanted to learn from the situation. I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable. read more

We are so impressed with Yard Masters and each of your employees we have had the privilege of talking to or meeting in person. Everyone has been friendly, helpful and hard working. Our weekly mowers, Cris and Luis are so dedicated and our lawn has never looked so good. Your yard crews who came and removed the weeds and trimmed our bushes have gone above and beyond to get our property under control. I really don't know how to properly express how grateful I am to the great people I've dealt with at Yard masters who were able to squeeze me into their schedule after the guy I've had mowing my yard for years went down earlier this season with major back surgery, and we came to an amicable parting of the ways. I was scrambling to replace him while my grass grew and grew and GREW. Paul sent out a bright, professional, and friendly crew to rescue me from my jungle, and now I can set my clock by these guys. Understandably had to wait a few weeks to get service. They came out right away to do an evaluation. They changed a few heads and made some adjustments in the sprays. Within a couple of weeks they came out and discussed their ideas to improve our sprinkler system. For three days in a row they worked long and hard making necessary changes. The sprinklers came on twice and worked wonderfully. Then the water got turned off for the year!! Very nice gentlemen! Will definitely use them again! Just waiting for our bill now! read more

After fighting a losing battle with brown ugly dry spots in my front yard for 12 years and hiring suppose experienced knowledgeable sprinkler people {that were not cheap} I finally hired Lawn Masters. I don't think this company wants their business to grow. I communicated with this company through Yelp, they then send an unfriendly soul out. I explain to this guy everything I needed done, plus I asked him to put us on his sprinkler check list, when the secondary water turns on. This guy then says they will get in touch with me with a quote. After a week I reach out to the company through yelp again, asking when should I receive the quote. No answer and it's been a month now. read more

As i had a broken line under some concrete this became a hot bottom for me but as I called a number of landscaping companies; in most cases they either never returned my called or just said they were three weeks out. Conrad reached out to me and came by and assessed the problem. He did say he was two weeks out but would at least try to get me in sooner. To my surprise and excitement he called 5 days later and said he would send two members of his team and himself in the afternoon. They showed up at 3 pm and stayed till 7 until the job was done. I had the company come out to check our sprinklers for the summer. First i was told $120 the 1st hour and 60 each additional hour. I was fine with the hourly rate. It was to improve my sprinklers and make sure all of them were ready for the summer. the Grand total was 338 dollars. I was ok with the price. a week later a sprinkler head had been overlooked and it ruptured. Flooded my window wells to the basement with 1.5 feet of water. Which flooded my 2 bedrooms in the basement. I notified yardmasters of the issue. the response back from the Sprinkler rep was " sprinklers break we don't control this". I let him know he never checked this area of the house. He never came by to fix the sprinkler head after i called. Poor customer service. I called a few times more and still nothing. 2 weeks went by and i ruptured another sprinkler head in the shrubs near my basement. Again, flooded my basement. Living room this time. Called the company and nothing from them. same comment came back. 1 week goes by and the company finally sends someone to fix my problems. I assume this was covered under the 338 dollars i had paid for a complete check 4 weeks earlier. i received a bill in the mail for 159 dollars to pay for the second time they came out to fix the problems they never fixed on the first appointment. i called the company and let them know this wasnt right. I had paid 338 dollars to have my whole system checked and it was obvious the crews had not checked everything,. end all is i would still have to pay 159 on top of the 338 for work that should have been accomplished the first time. poor reps. poor service. from now on i will go to premier landscaping. read more

They guys rock! Fast efficient service at a fair price! Had to have a main secondary water valve replaced, called them up, gave me a quote over the phone. They were able to squeeze me in to their schedule last minute. Replaced the valve after digging through roots and rocks. Did an excellent job with clean up after. Highly recommend this company!
