Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.

Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... But he said I had paid for an hours-worth of service; & he was going to give it to me! He dug out sprinkler heads. Replaced sprinkler heads. Did a checkup on the entire system. I was so impressed. What a great company.

Mower is petty, unprofessional, and childish…read more I have multiple videos of them spending up to five minutes mowing around an unmowed patch of nothing and intentionally leaving long patches in the lawn. Occasionally there will be dog poop in the patches they leave. Often, not. I have lived in this HOA for 5 years, and it is the same story every single week without fail.... So at least they're consistent , I guess. Only hire them if you want ridiculous work that they will not be fixed upon request. I wouldn't hire them if you payed me to

We recently had revamp come and help with our yard. We needed it graded and seeded. Their bid was…read moresignificantly less than others, and they were able to start within just a little over a week. Our soil was not great, all clay. They came in and leveled everything, brought in some extra top soil including a higher quality soil to encourage better lawn. Our property is quite large, nearly half an acre, even with the size of our yard they still had it all done in just one day. After they walked through the whole area with us to make sure it was done right. Steven has been very responsive with concerns and questions. They have committed to help us get our weeds under control once the grass is coming in and they will reseed twice if there are areas that didn't grow in as well.

Working with Ralph last Spring 2020 was interesting. We learned a lot and now we wish we had only…read morehired him for half of the job. We felt rushed in signing a contract to work with him without being allowed any time to review and consider his bid. He came quickly and started working but wasn't receptive to listening and adhering to our landscape blue print design plans. On his last few day at our property I was texting and calling him repeatedly asking "are you going to finish grading our back yard". He came to speak to me in person twice a reassured me that if there was an issue that it wasn't dug down far enough then he would come back and fix it without charge. Now here we are Fall of 2020 and 3 separate landscape designers all confirmed that the back yard was not graded correctly and would cost is an additional $3,000 - $4,000 to fix on top of what we had already paid to Ralph. Ralph is a nice guy and has a lot of great tips and pointers. We called him up to let him know that the back yard was not completed correctly as I had addressed with him before he left our property and he said "let me come out and get you a new bid." He claims to not remember our conversation or much of our property from April of 2020. We feel that he is refusing to let us see this new bid even after meeting in person to discuss it and after directly asking for the bid. We feel that he won't let us see the bid unless we agree to sign a contract to hire him on the spot.
