Him and his crew came and quickly finished the project that had taken me months to complete. I had received other proposals from companies that wanted to redo all the work I had done. Barron's Services worked with me to get it complete. They did such a great job, I started having them do other projects that I was planning on doing at a later time. Fantastic company and Andres has been a pleasure to work with.

When they did call, they showed up and told me they would give me two separate bids (front yard/back yard)... that was over a week ago. They haven't responded or sent me a quote. After posting my review, the owner, Bryce Wade, texted me personally. At first, he said he was…read more"concerned" and wanted to learn from the situation. I respectfully replied that I had already made my point clear and that I did not wish to have further contact. Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.

After I called to voice my concerns another team was brought out the finish the job, to which I was still disappointed to find my garden beds still filled with grass.
