READ THIS BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY…read more My experience with this company lasted approximately three days. In that very short time, I experienced repeated communication problems, disorganization, and disrespect from both the owner and his wife. I was hired but wasn't properly given scheduling information. I was then blamed for missing work when I hadn't been properly informed where or when I was supposed to report. I was fired, rehired, and the same communication problems continued. I wasn't properly given job locations or scheduling information, yet I was still blamed when I couldn't show up somewhere I had not been properly instructed to go. I was eventually told I was "not a good fit." All of this happened within approximately three days. THE WAY I WAS TREATED The owner and his wife would sometimes be extremely friendly and welcoming, then suddenly become hostile or disrespectful, before becoming friendly again. From my perspective, this felt like a painful emotional roller coaster. At times, the way I was treated felt extremely manipulative and emotionally distressing to me. I won't claim to know their intentions. I can only describe what I personally experienced and how that repeated pattern made me feel. WHAT I PERSONALLY WITNESSED My concerns aren't limited to how I was treated. During those few days, I personally witnessed things I found extremely unprofessional, distasteful, and concerning. Some of what I saw made me uncomfortable with the idea of this company working on my own home or property. I also personally observed cigarette butts around the property and what I considered an unacceptable level of cleanliness. These were my firsthand observations and contributed to my concerns about the standards I saw. GOOGLE REVIEWS I also noticed that the owner's wife has posted a review on the company's own Google Business profile. I find this concerning from a transparency standpoint because the reviewer is married to the owner. I don't want to speculate about her intentions or why she left the review. However, I believe customers deserve to know the relationship between a reviewer and the business when evaluating company reviews. WHY I'M LEAVING THIS REVIEW I rarely leave reviews, and I don't normally take the time to write about every company or experience. The fact that I felt strongly enough about approximately three days of employment to write this should show how seriously I took what I experienced. I'm not interested in attacking businesses online. I'm leaving this because my experience concerned me enough that I genuinely want potential customers to hear about it beforehand. I'm not asking anyone to automatically take my side. Do your own research, ask questions, verify what you're told, and pay attention to how the company communicates and how its reviews are presented. They are free to tell their side. I'm providing mine based on what I personally experienced and witnessed. Based on my firsthand experience and observations, I personally would not trust this company with my own property.

After paying an exorbitant amount of money for a spring clean up and lawn mow I am left feeling…read moreextremely disappointed. After a half done job at full price I was forced to call and complain. The employees were two hours late to the scheduled cleanup, played on their phones, and watched the sunset from my backyard. When the 4 scheduled hours were up, the employees claimed there was not enough time to finish the job. After I called to voice my concerns another team was brought out the finish the job, to which I was still disappointed to find my garden beds still filled with grass. Additionally, a team was sent to mow my lawn. Unfortunately, I could not tell that anyone had been there at all. At the price rate this company charges, I expect the best. Unfortunately, I received unsatisfactory services and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
