The one I selected was for the same day from 4pm-6pm. A short while later I received a confirmation for the next day from 12pm-2pm. I messaged back regarding the error and was asked if the next day from 4pm-6pm would work instead to which I agreed and the appointment was confirmed. It is now 6pm and I have not heard or seen anything from this company after taking time off of work to meet them at my property. They do not seem to respect others time or honor their commitments so they are not a company I will be working with in the future or recommending to others.

Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all. It gave me the impression that he was doing the job as if he was doing it for his grandmother and wanted to be proud of the final product. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because scheduling was hard to predict. I didn't really know when the job was going to happen. It made me nervous and gave me unneeded stress. My wife wanted me to cancel and try someone else. In the end, I'm glad that Claudio and his crew were the ones I stuck with.
