Literally. I had a burst sprinkler pipe, & Conrad was at my doorstep a mere five minutes after I contacted their office. He had it fixed in no time flat! And also checked all of my other sprinkler heads. The cost was so reasonable that I kept them on speed dial, in my phone. Naturally, they were my first call when my automatic sprinkling system wouldn't pressurize, this spring. Conrad to the rescue! He came to my house, and fixed the problem with the flip of a switch! I felt so sheepish that I had forgotten to turn it back on, after the winter! Conrad could have easily had me pay him, and been on his way.... But he said I had paid for an hours-worth of service; & he was going to give it to me! He dug out sprinkler heads. Replaced sprinkler heads. Did a checkup on the entire system. I was so impressed. What a great company.

Despite that, he sent me another message -- this time pressuring me to remove my review and essentially blaming me for everything. To be clear: I paid my bill. I acknowledged it was late. What I cannot accept is being threatened with a lien on my home over $250, and then being personally harassed by the business owner when I shared my honest experience. I stand by my review. Reviews exist so customers can share their experiences, good or bad, without being intimidated into silence. For me, this stopped being about a sprinkler bill a long time ago -- it's about how a company chooses to treat people. And the way Yard Masters chose to treat me was unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

They came to the house spent an hour-and-a-half there did not pull any of the weeds that I had asked for they did a very basic lawn mowing they trim down a bunch of dry grass I had on the back and then left it on the ground without backing it up and there was tons of uneven places where there was still grass sticking up all over the lawn. I asked him to trim the bushes in the front of my house they trim them all completely crooked instead of just cutting them straight across and making the square top on my big bushes they cut them so uneven so it look like I had messed up devil horns in the front of my home. After calling and talking to the owner the owner told me he would look into it talk to the lady I rented the house to and said that I will contact the owner which is me and that he would get back to me and we would figure out the difference. three weeks later I get a bill in the mail for more than the quoted price and no call back from the owner. So after I called the owner and told him what was going on he said that all the lady told me that you would pay for it so we billed you for it.I said well is that the quality that I can expect from your business after that he said I don't care what you think quality is that's what the prices cuz my guys were there for an hour and a half after pointing out all of the problems he told me that I was a liar that he had checked it out himself so apparently the customer is not always right. After telling him that I work for a larger company that is all about customer service because he was speaking so rudely he told me that I was a $10 an hour employee which I'm not and that I rented a crappy house in Riverdale which is a 5 bedroom 3 story house and told me that I don't know what I'm talking about and that I am just some salesman that won't ever shut up and then he ended the conversation on telling me to F myself and hung up in my face so if you're looking for somebody to do a really bad job and then when you call them on it they cuss you out and talk to you that way then that would be the place to go if you're looking for somebody with quality I will not recommend Larson's Lawn Care I deal with 3800 different accounts all the way through the Chamber of Commerce and Utah and I would not recommend not one of my people to go there and deal with them especially not someone that is going to cuss you out and be rude to you in a threatening manner and that's their owner

Claudio made sure everything was clean, straight and nicely finished. It was exactly what I wanted and could have hoped for. Nothing was overlooked and no corners were cut at all.
