The person I initially spoke to did come across kind of salesman-like, with statements like "I could get you a discount if we can schedule by the end of today" (not meaning they would come out that day, but that we would be on their schedule by the end of today). I didn't love that because it felt like pressure. Despite that, I did schedule and they were able to get me in the same week. The windows and sliding glass doors indeed look "Crystal clean" they have a subscription program where you can have cleaning done on a regular basis. I did not subscribe as I prefer annual only. I will use them again.

The quote was thousands of dollars less than what we had received from other companies, and the work was completed on time and to our utmost satisfaction. We had many items to donate, to take to recycling and to take to the dump. On the day of the move, they showed up on time and began work immediately. We had more items than I expected but they accommodated the extra work without complaint. They took care of everything that we had for them and even took care of an additional large item when the buyer didn't show up. The actual bill was larger than the estimate but that was due to the additional volume that they had to move. Overall, I am satisfied with their work and feel like the price was reasonable.
